I placed an order through her site and I got an email back the next day and we took it from there. Karen is so sweet and very professional, she contacted me confirming details of delivery the day before and she delivered the cake HERSELF the day of my birthday and gave me instructions on storage until the time of my event. Such amazing service! When I opened the cake I was blown away, it was absolutely perfect. Karen was so attentive to the details I wanted, I have this teddy bear I run an instagram for and she made him as a topper, it was SOOOO CUTE!!! On top of that, the dreamy design on the front of the cake was really beautiful. I ordered the earl grey flavor cake 6" petite, I highly recommend this flavor it was so delicious. Not too sweet and very flavorful, the buttercream was nice and light, slightly aromatic with the scent of tea. I'm SO happy I ordered my birthday cake from Karen, she's made the perfect cake in so many ways and I've fallen in love with her work. Definitely recommend!

For my son's baby shower we we're going for a beach theme and that was ok. I guess my expectations were kind of high because of how the wedding cake turned out. Then for my son's 1st bday party I wanted cupcakes with something from the Incredibles. They came up with printed edible sheets on top of the icing. And then recently for my son's 4th bday party we asked for a lightning McQueen Cake. While cartoony we didn't have crazy high expectations and my son loved the toy on top of the cake. Everything that was made for us tasted great. Can't complain about the taste. And price is very reasonable. I just know now that if we something fancy like a wedding cake to definitely come here.

I don't recommend this place.

I had a cake-tasting party recently, and my friend brought a strawberry tres leches cake from Capy…read more I was blown away by how good it was because I've never been wild about tres leches and didn't even know other variations of tres leches (like strawberry) were possible. All the flavors and textures just tied in so well that it didn't feel overwhelming. The vanilla bread was indeed very spongy and had just the right amount of strawberries decorating it. Even though the fruits were glazed, it wasn't with the kind of glaze that's overbearing and sweet; it was quite neutral (as advertised). The 4 stars is only because I don't think one cake warrants a 5 stars; I need to go and experience the hospitality and other cakes first. Sadly, the strawberry tres leches cake did not win the cake contest.

But when I asked one of the employees for help, he looked me up and down and said, "Wait until it's your turn," in a really rude tone -- even though he wasn't helping anyone at the time. I later asked another staff member if I could speak to the manager, and she told me he was the manager. Honestly, I don't think a manager should be setting that kind of example. The cakes are amazing, but the attitude really ruined the experience.

My wife and I got our wedding cake from Shero cakes and it was really dang good! The design was…read morevery pretty as we also didn't have a lot of requirements for them to design, so for them it was fairly easy for them. They did ask some basic questions in regards to the design - flowers or any other particular design, etc. Taking their suggestions on what would look elegant and taste great we went with a 3 tiered cake each with a different flavor. I did insist on the middle flavor being lychee. They said that they could do it and it wouldn't be an extra charge. Delivery fee was added since we had it delivered to the venue we had and that was that. The cake total wasn't bad and came in just on budget for our small wedding. We had gotten our own cake topper and delivered that to them so they could assemble it on the cake appropriately. On the day of our wedding, the cake was beautiful. The topper was added in a beautiful way that it was secure to the top of the cake. I would definitely come back to them for another cake.

So here I am, trying out a bakery for the first time via UberEats. This red velvet cake roll was beautifully packaged, I like the box they chose for a single slice. The appearance is cute and pretty upon sight. The cake itself, freaking delicious; It's soft and moisture, topped with this nice frothy whipped cream, paired together with this savory and thick cream cheese filling. And because both of these things are white, it was a very pleasant surprise and interesting contrast for my tastebuds. Con: The staples they used to seal the paper bag was so sharp, it cut my index finger and made it bleed as soon as I opened it. Please remedy this, opening cake shouldn't hurt me more than the Pifzer vaccine...... * awkward smile....* UberEats over charges like no other app..... ridiculous. (But thank you Jackson for including me for Jesus' birthday.) It was great seeing your big family, especially the kids. Btws... I just finished eating it. And I licked the box clean lol (Don't judge me...it was freaking delicious!! ) oh and no pun intended hehehe
