From the very first interaction, Dr. Patane showed an exceptional level of kindness, compassion, and care. His communication was clear and reassuring throughout the entire process, which helped ease any anxiety I had. I would highly recommend Dr. Patane to anyone in need of a skilled and compassionate general surgeon. We need more doctors like him. He also has an amazing staff. Kelli Parezo

The doctors are phenomenal. I have been seeing Amanda for a year after she diagnosed occipital…read moreneuralgia and she's been incredible. However the desk staff is horrendous. I recently had to call and move an appointment (after they moved a different one of mine) and they had only 2 other times available for over a month (unfortunately both of which I am at work in another state). The front desk person was argumentative and rude when I told her I was frustrated with the lack of flexibility (and just wanted it noted so doctors were aware)--especially since they had pushed my other appointment out which left me with a longer gap. She instead continued to argue with me that they weren't inflexible and had availability, it just didn't work for me. (Again 2 options in over a month isn't super flexible but that's fine, I know they are busy it was just my opinion ). When I told her I didn't want to argue I just wanted to confirm next steps and share that I was frustrated for it to be noted, she hung up.

You know, a little consideration. Of course, she had an attitude in her reply. Her excuse was that they didn't know he was running that late until I came in. Right. The guy before me who had a 1:30 appointment didn't get called in until 1:50 and who knows how long he waited after that. Time to find a new doctor, perhaps one whose staff has some respect for patients' time. And the best part was that she asked if I wanted to reschedule. You have to be joking me, lady. Awful.
