The table had a leg welding at an angle and damage to the top. We have access to a wood shop and KS paid for the refinishing of the top but they would not take responsibility for the angled leg which the client would not accept. Repairing the leg which required disassembling the table, transporting it to a metal shop, having it worked on, getting client approval, then having it shipped back and reassembled cost us about $650. In our work, it's impossible for us to leave a client hanging but KS left us hanging.

There are several vendors inside with rented spaces and that gives people who come here to shop a huge selection. There is furniture, collectibles, t-shirts, and more inside the place. Each vendor brings something a little unique to the mix, making it an eclectic place to shop. Today is seemed like several of the vendors, most of whom already had pretty fair prices, we're having a sale, bringing even more value to the shoppers. I bought a beautiful antique small writing desk and got it for what I think was a great price. I also bought several small collectibles on sale for very reasonable prices. No explanation or anything. 87 cents. I called twice to discuss (I wanted to know what the actual hell happened) but I've been told they aren't sure and that someone would call me. It's been three weeks. They have a slew of complaints on the BBB site. Should've checked. Just bought a power leather recliner from here for $279. Yes, it was used, but it is in great condition and 1/3 of the price of it new. Sales people were nothing but friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. Overall a great experience at a very clean store with really reasonable prices. They made sure to point out defects and be honest and that really speaks to the character of this place. The only thing I didn't like was that they hire out a third party mover to deliver, and it's $75 am hour with a minimum of one hour. I live two miles from here. Thank goodness I was able to get it in my Jeep. I'm not fond of third party movers and I think it's a little steep for delivery just down the road. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Norma and her husband spend two whole days with us after coming to our house and measuring everything to make sure we get what we want. We finally got all of our house furnished with their help! It feels magical! My family loves the outcome. Even my 5 years old can't stop talking about how beautiful our house is! You get high end furniture paying half of the price compare to lot of other furniture stores in Dallas.
