In a time when service in any industry can be sketchy at best, Style Floors stand apart. Estimating and scheduling was smooth and fair. They worked around our schedule, that can be somewhat difficult, but not for them. Each scheduled day they committed to was was handled efficiently. They arrived when they said they would, and completed the work when they said they would. This project included hardwood installation, hardwood refurbising and carpeting. All aspects were handled professionally and on time. We could not be happier with the results. We highly recommend Style Floors for any flooring project you might be considering.

This was a great experience. We needed carpet for two bedrooms downstairs. Popped into this store,…read moreinstead of the nearby Home Depot, because honestly, I wanted to know why this store has been able to stay in business so long even though it's so close to a big box store. We were greeted by Steve, explained what we were looking for and we went home with some carpet samples. Nice & easy! No deposit needed by the way, like at other stores. My husband and I decided on the carpet. We called Steve & he came to our home to take measurements...and about two weeks later our carpet was installed. I am incredibly happy with the thorough, professional and excellent job done by the two carpet installers. they took very good care of the few pieces of furniture that I needed their help moving. They worked straight through, no breaks and finished in about 4-5 hours. They cleaned up, they vacuumed the area and made sure I looked at their work it before they left. The price we paid was very reasonable. It included taking the old carpet with them as well. Every person that I've encountered at the store is very kind, polite and professional. My only critique is I called the store on a Sunday to find out if our carpet had arrived, for installation on Wednesday. The person I spoke to said they would call me back on Monday to confirm. I did not get a call back. So I called on Tuesday to confirm that the carpet would be coming on Wednesday. The reason I wanted to confirm is it's a lot of prep work moving clothes out of closets, furniture and all of our stuff out of the way. And if for some reason the carpet was delayed that would help me with planning. Other than that, it was a great experience and I will definitely go back to this store for future needs. They do showers, hardwood, window coverings, too!

We were building a new home and trying to decide what type of flooring, engineered hardwood or wood…read morelook tile, we wanted. We decided on a nice engineered hardwood. We priced the options with our builder. Our son-in-law suggested we see what a flooring contractor, Zuriel Flooring, he had used in the past could do. It turned out that Zuriel could provide the same flooring for about $6,000-$7,000 less than the builder. They also gave us an option for stained, solid hardwoods. That option was almost $10,000 less than the builder option. Zuriel's per square foot pricing was less than several well known national/local companies that we had received quotes. From the first conversation and subsequent meetings, we haven't had a better relationship with a contractor we've worked with. Zuriel delivered a high quality product sooner than they committed to finishing and were always responsive to our calls. They have been outstanding!
