My wife had recently dropped wood stain and about a week prior, I had motor oil spill on my floor. I had a large area of oil and stain on my garage floor. The owner of this business lived in our neighborhood and had posted a classified notice on our Homeowner's Association page. We reached out to inquire about the price and to see an example of his work. After my neighbor visited his home, he returned to tell me that his garage was impressive and we should move forward. Prior to beginning the project, Walter, the owner, asked us to select from 16 colors for the epoxy and 8 colors for the chips. On the day that he arrived, he began by sanding my garage. This process was lengthy, but incredibly thorough. After he vacuumed the debris, he began applying the epoxy. Afterward, he applied the chips. This process was the most entertaining because he literally through them against the wall to get an even distribution. If he had told me this was his plan, I would have had significant concerns, but the results are exceptional. He worked on our houses for approximately 12 hours and cost about half of what another neighbor spent to do the same work. I can honestly say that my only regret is that I waited so long. I bought this house new and wish I had the epoxy added when I first moved in. If you are interested, I would suggest you reach out to Walter, the owner, to inquire about the price to do this work. While he charged half of what out other neighbor paid, the work will very likely depend on the size of your garage. In the exchanges we had with Walter, he was friendly and responsive.
