I came in here with my mother around Christmas time. There weren't many others, so the place wasn't busy and we were taken immediately. I had called ahead of time for appointments just in case, though walk-ins are welcome. My mother can be a little eccentric, but they are experienced in dealing with all matter of customers I presume, as they were courteous and pleasant with her the entire time. The place, including bathrooms, were clean, and even decorated for the holiday. The conversation was cheery, and made for a seemingly fast appointment. I wasn't thrilled at first with the gel work. There were little gaps of polish near the cuticle and sides. But in truth I've had them on now for weeks and they still look good. Great prices too. I recommend. read more

Horrible. Was sent a message to be there at Sunday at 11 am only to find that the hours on the door said they opened at 12. I waited for about 15 min to see if any one would show. No one did and no one responded to my messages. If they can't get their hours right, show up on time, then they are not touching my nails or my money. If I did that at my job I'd be fired. read more

Had the very best time here today. My friend and I went together and got pedicures and she got a full set and I got a fill in. We were in and out. Maybe an hour and 1/2. I would not recommend this place at all. The service was horrible and overall a very bad experience. From the minute we walked in we were rushed and pressured to pick a color when there were only two people in the shop. They made it into a huge confusion when deciding what we wanted. The nail jobs were all horrible and half done. They were hopping from one customer to another without finishing one person. I sat there on the pedicure seat for half an hour waiting for him to finish my toes after he left them half done, going to another customer (My niece). I took my 3 nieces here and my mom. Was very confusing at first and Upsold me to powder when I was just trying to do gel. I've been growing my nails out for weeks and trying to keep them healthy. They are now completely destroyed and hurt from how thin she made them. Not to mention the actual nail polish she used is so thick on my nails. My nails sting and it hurts to put pressure on them from how thin the real nails are. They were arguing with their son for some of the time I was there and didn't listen to anything me and my friend asked for. We both left very very unhappy and are going on vacation tomorrow. The male owner was the one that did my nails - he tried to pass me onto his wife who was busy and had two girls ahead of me. He couldn't wrap his mind around what I was asking for "a full gel powder set with gel polish on top." The man must have complained about how crowded and messy the tables are and he moved me mid set from one table to another. Bad attitude, was rough machining my already fragile nails and over changed significantly. $50 for the ugliest, lumpiest set I've ever gotten. I have no idea how the pedicures are but i wouldn't recommend my enemy to go here. read more

A perfect treat I wish I had taken a pic of my 6 year old grand daughter having her pedicure, she has always come with me while I have my pedicure, and now she is old enough she has one too. But the look on her face when she saw the kids size mermaid chair was priceless. It made it easier for her to be comfortable. Had a gentleman do both my hands and feet. Paid almost $100 in total. I got SNS on my hands and 6 out of 10 nails cracked by the third day. I have had this done many times and never had this issue. He rushed and did not get all of the moisture off my nails which caused it to crack. He was nice but was not focused on me or doing my nails because he was working on 3 other people. Would not recommend, was a waste of money. read more

Not sure what to say or how to start . The smell in there was horrible. It smelled moldy . Everything was old and dirty . The nail files, towels, and soaking bowls should all be replaced. The workers where kind and friendly, but that wasn't enough for me to ever go back . My nail color is great . The filing job is horrible. read more

Polish pealed off hours later.That evening I removed what was left and applied my own polish.

I got my nails done with dip powder on 3/23/19 and I'm really annoyed how my polish is cracking all over. I can see the cracks throughout all of my nails and for $45 this shouldn't be happening AT ALL. On top of that I've only had them done for THREE days. I could literally remove the polish on my own with no acetone. This is unacceptable and I've never had this issue before. I contacted them and I never got a response read more

While on vacation I stopped in for a badly needed pedicure/manicure with my 18 month old little girl. I asked him to polish my little girl's fingers and toes and was great with her. He was very understanding each time she messed up a toe or finger. In regards to the pedicure, my polish still looks good but I left there with my feet still feeling rough. While in the chair I decided to go ahead and get a manicure. The guy simply polished my fingers and quickly left for a soccer game. I woke up the next morning with a chipped nail. I've attached pictures from day 3 and as you can see 3 fingers are badly chipped. Not sure if the quality of the paint was poor or not, but I feel the main reason behind my chipped nails came from him rushing through them. I sat in the pedicure chair the whole time since my little girl was in my lap but I never made it over to the manicure station. He ran the file across each nail once and I had to make him re-file my jagged nail that I broke earlier in the day. No attention was given to my cuticles (while look horrible). To give a better picture of the situation a lady walked in right before I got there and within the time it took the lady to give her only a pedicure, the guy polished my little girl's hands and feet (and re-polished 3 fingers), did my pedicure, and did my so called manicure. I ended up touching up 2 more of my little girl's nails myself while waiting on my nails to dry because he rushed out to a soccer game. I knew my little girl's nails wouldn't last but a day or so but when I pay $50 for my nails I'd like them to look halfway decent longer that just that night. read more

Some of them aren't licensed to do nails. The owner wife doesn't have her license to do nails,waxing, nor lashes.

Horrible horrible experience. Worst pedicure ever!! Not clean nor professional. The worst part was the deceit when I checked my credit card they added money onto the tip. I would never ever recommend this salon. Her kids were running around and they were more concerned about their food order than their customers. I guess they used the extra tip money to eat!! read more

Very disappointed. 3 of us went in for relaxing pedicure while on vacation, anything but relaxing. Four different people worked on us and I question if 2 were even licensed to do so. One "technician" very sweet, but had long pointy nails that kept jabbing, didn't know what sugar scrub was and other lady had to tell her what to do, didn't know how to use cuticle clippers which I now have sore feet and scrubbed too hard with loofah. Other person in party had severe cut which took sometime to stop bleeding and bled on brand new shoes. She had to come home and soak toe and apply antibiotic cream. Praying she does not get infection as she is leaving for a cruise. Upon checking out by young child, literally couldn't have been more than 10 years old, I was over charged on credit card so had to wait until they called credit card company to straighten out. As a cosmetologist I would NOT recommend this salon. Expensive, poor service, and sore feet, VERY DISSATISFIED read more
