Came today, while working in the area. Did the open sun. Gals were nice. Bed was clean and got great color. Parking lot was packed!

Service was absolutely amazing! You'll walk out feeling like a million bucks just from the way the kind girls behind the counter treat you! I've been to many tanning salons before and wanted to check and see if this one would be a good fit for me. They somehow had perfect answers to every single one of my extensive questions, you can tell the staff is extremely knowledgeable and well trained! I learned so much that I never knew about tanning from them during my short visit and I was also shown/taught a great deal about the wellness services they offer! I was shown real results and was taught all about the benefits of red light therapy (which is incredible). They took the time to welcome me and take me through the whole salon showing me the tanning beds, red light panel, therapy sauna and spray booth! Everything appeared so new and clean! They even took the time to help me find all of the products that will work best for me. I was given a whole routine! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to receive a beautiful tan, great therapies and exceptional customer service! Nicole (the manager) was wonderful. I plan to go very regularly! read more

This is the only spot I will send my lady tanning because of how nice and accommodating the staff was. Brittany, was able to show me the tanning packages best for her that I could get for my lady and also explain the different tanning solutions they sell there that I should purchase. For a guy it's very intimidating going into a tanning salon for a girl but when you have this great customer service rep making the process easier it puts you at ease as the consumer. They have tons of tanning beds and there's a lot of free parking in the shopping center. I'm sure they have many other locations but after this great experience I will only go this UltraTan. read more

They are ALWAYS out of color for spray tanning. I pay $59.95 for a month and sick of going and they don't have much in stock. POOR business not having stock in the store. read more

This location used to be amazing and full of super friendly faces. Over the last few months, service has gone WAY downhill- as well as equipment. Bulbs are frequently out, fans broken, and when you bring it to their attention you're met with a 'deal with it' attitude. Manager Lacey & Assistant Manager Jordan are incredibly rude. Definitely recommend either a different location or different company altogether. read more

Have to wait exactly 24 hours before you tan the next day. They also charged my cc even after canceling the proper way.

This is what there spray tan looks like green like someone beat me. The entire thigh of both legs . They refused to give refund or even a credit!! It won't wash off. Crying my eyes out leaving for vacation in the morning. No bathing suit or shorts for me read more

Terrible experience. They had a spray tan special going for $9.95. This only included the visit without the color needed to get a spray tan. So, you had to pay an extra $10 for the color. Why would you go to get a spray tan without the color?? False advertisement. Secondly, I am extremely fair skinned so I bought the darkest color possible. You could not tell I had anything done. Save your money and use it at a reputable business elsewhere. read more

Went for my usual spray tan before the new year. This was the worst experience I've even had here! I've been going here for years! I went it in the booth and it was covered in water/tanning spray. I didn't even want to step on the floor! No footies were even provided! Outside the booth the floor was covered in the same stuff that my socks got ruined just taking my clothes off. The spray tan for the first spray didn't even spray! And as it started spraying water from the top of the booth was dripping on me leaving rain drop spray tan marks! I don't understand why this booth wasn't wiped down properly. It was very disgusting. I felt like Ross on friends too because I couldn't even hear the lady to tell me to turn over the machine. Ugh, what a mess...I expected more from Ultra tan as a loyal customer. Clean your booths!! read more

I downloaded yelp just to write this review. Me and my mom went here for a spray tan yesterday. Worst experience I've ever had. The girl could of had better customer service qualities. She was not friendly and did not make us feel welcome. The ONE SPRAY TAN BOOTH THAT WORKED HAD WATER ON THE FLOOR! When getting out of the machine I literally slipped and almost fell. I'm embarrassed for this location. Shut it down ‍ Management clearly isn't doing what's needed to in terms of operation and employees. read more

I've tanned here before and the woman who has previously helped me was awesome! I went in today and wanted just one month of tanning, nothing more. I was told I could purchase a membership package. I was told I could only get the premium package though because they only have premium beds or one level silver bed (level 1). I was a little confused at first by this because, um WHAT! I simply said ok that's fine I'll do a premium month. The girl said ok no problem but it's a membership so it's monthly and when you need to cancel you just have to cancel by this date of whatever month. I formed the girl behind the desk I did not want a package since I planned on only tanning for the month. She stated that they don't do monthly but I could buy a package or single tans. She told me the max of individual tans was 5 but that might work for me. I stated that I wished to tan more than 5 times in the month though. The girl was unsure of what to do at this point so she recommended I buy the 5 and than can buy singles after that. I'm not sure if this is normal, but this is the WORST planning for customers. I asked the girl where the other UltraTans were located and she could not even inform me. I stated I would just take my business elsewhere since I did not want to buy singles (and be spending an arm and a leg) or a membership. read more
