But I got tired of going there, getting into the bed and there was ALWAYS one bulb not working, one fan not working, the radio not working, etc. My package ran out and I was going to renew it at a cost of over $200. But I wanted to try just one more session to see if anything was going to go wrong. I paid my $32 for one 10 minute session. Went in the room, turned the bed on and SURPRISE SURPRISE, one of the face bulbs was not working!!! I highly highly recommend you do not waste your money on this tanning salon!!!

There is nothing worse than going to the tanning bed and seeing no difference when you get out. The girl working said they just got all new bulbs for the beds. The monthly packages and prices foe a single visit are super cheep, as are the bottels of lotion. They have a huge assortment of the single use packages and they are cheeper than anywhere else ive been. It is also very cleen! When you walk in it doesent have that grose tanning bed smell. They have cd players and fans in every room. I always use bed #4(I think that one is the best). I also get my hair done there by robin and she is very good at my color i get blonde highlights and dark brown low lights its easy for a hairdresser to mess up blonde but it comes out perfect every time. I live in myrtle beach but id rather make the drive to murrels inlet because i like this tanning salon so much. The employees are very nice and helpfull. I would reccoment tanning here to anyone!!! Ps. They also have this tiney tanning bed for your feet. They let you use it for free. There is sometimes a few minutes to kill because im stuck on bed #4 and i can sit and tan my feet while i wait. No matter what my feet are the last to tan but in just a few times of useing the foot tanner my feet are just as tan as the rest of me.

They somehow had perfect answers to every single one of my extensive questions, you can tell the staff is extremely knowledgeable and well trained! I was shown real results and was taught all about the benefits of red light therapy (which is incredible). I was told one week that towels would no longer be provided (with no prior notice), only to see towels available again on other days depending on which staff members were working. Most recently, I thanked a staff member and wished her a good evening while leaving. I was ignored despite being the only person in the lobby. When I repeated myself just in case she did not hear me over the music, she yelled "You're welcome" and literally stomped away. That interaction, combined with the ongoing inconsistency in policy and tone, led me to cancel my membership. Courtesy and professionalism matter.
