The groomer either doesn't know what he/she is doing, doesn't know how to groom or just doesn't care or maybe all the above! My pups ears are UNEVEN and look AWFUL! You didn't even trim his head and face area appropriately! You cut way too much off his hair off his body! You left him next to nothing for hair! This visit is my last visit. After 14 years, NO MORE! I've been coming to Riverview Grooming before it was Riverview Grooming. The previous name was Pretty Pups. When I looked up why the name changed, it confirmed why I'm complaining. He gets the same cut each time and it's on the ticket , When I picked him up his ears still have small twigs in his hair , he still had eye boogers and his hair did not look like they scrubbed him at all , or smell like he was bathed ! The lady at the front said it was a different groomer than WHO I USUALLY GET , but that should not matter at all ! I never assigned a specific groomer ! Very unhappy !
