First time coming here and it's a great spot. All kinds of pet supplies . But the main reason I came here was to get my cat groomed. It's not easy finding someone that can groom cats but Chestean knows what she's doing! My Mila looks so pretty. Everyone was super sweet as well. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Brought my dogs in for baths. As time went on, I thought they were there for sometime, so I and called to see if they were ready. I was on hold quite a while, and told that they are. Once I picked up my dogs, I noticed one was squinting. I figured he just had an irritated eye and went home. Well things progressed through the night he suffered until we could get into an emergency. while he was in the care of Earthwise; He suffered an ulcer on his eye. It then led to his eye rupturing. We are now told we can try to do surgery to save the eye, or remove it completely. My dogs are well cared for, and are my family. I contacted the owner Linda Quade- she has no remorse, no concern to do the right thing. There are so many groomers that will follow through to ensure your dog is safe when you trust them with the care of your pet. Please think twice about using this facility. Don't make the mistake I did.

The past year 1/2 , we've been searching for a groomer that would take great care of our doodle, and we finally found one. This is by far the best groom Winston has had and they had him groomed and ready for pick up in under 2 hours. He's already gotten so many compliment and we're just so pleased on how great he looks, so soft and smells so good! We've already booked his next groom.

This is going to be a long description of what happened to my pet in this company. In short if you care about your pets don't trust this service. I brought our Yorkie in for routine grooming and I was completely at ease as our pet has been to many groomers in New York and it has never been a problem for him, he is very patient and friendly. The lady with big headphones took it away after asking me a few questions. I began to fill out a standard form and suddenly I heard a very unpleasant sound as if a living being was being strangled. I never heard a sound like that from my dog and I asked the receptionist to take me to my pet. I saw my dog in the bathtub, the groomer was washing him on a short leash, and the dog was very frightened. When I approached my dog I saw a bleeding vessel burst in both his eyes. The groomer cynically said it was okay because he didn't like having water poured over his head and she had to hold him tight. After my outrage at this approach and especially the damage to the eyes, the groomer took offense and refused to continue the service, stating that she felt uncomfortable with my dog. This is probably the highest class of professionalism when a groomer uses brute force on a dog, inflicting moral and bodily harm on it, not taking into account the temperament and characteristics of the breed, and at the same time justifies all this by saying she feels uncomfortable with the dog. It was me and my dog who felt uncomfortable with this unprofessional employee! I do not want my pet to get stressed out during routine service, and even more so to experience physical suffering. I don't know if this is a systematic approach in this company or if it is a wrong career choice by the above-mentioned groomer, but I'll never go to this place again. PS It's terrible to see a defenseless member of my family being tortured and injured

I absolutely love Ete! She has groomed my miniature schnauzer, Shiloh, for about 2 years and she is the absolute best! He gets so many compliments on his appearance, and I'm never dissatisfied with the customer service. The shop on a whole is ran very well and everyone is super pleasant at the location, always willing to give recommendations and chip in when necessary to assist customers. Always a great experience here.

Very knowledgeable. The person that works on the store. There is a pet nutritionist, that helps you select the best food for your pet

There are far superior pet food stores within 1 mile of this place. I have had enough bad experiences; fleas, moldy food... Stay Away

*WARNING* FLEAS PLEASE save yourself a nightmare of an…read moreexperience. I went in as a first time customer. A few weeks prior I had visited the location to ask the normal questions, e.g. what services, pricing, availability etc. I was told by Madison prices began at $55 and all else that was included. When I scheduled the appt two weeks later she told me prices had changed and now it was starting at $60 because they supposedly put some special facial products, eye tear products and who knows what else. Said one of the groomers from a different location would be the one to groom my dog. My appt was for 2:30 but they weren't ready for her at that time. I asked if I needed to come back with my baby, as I do not like leaving her for long periods of time at the groomers. Becka (the groomer) said no bcuz she was almost done with her other dog (left alone on a high table) and then asked me what kind of cut did I want, she herself pointed and said this one , I stuttered, looked at it a few times and told her "I want what my dog looks like now but trimmed". She repeated, so this one In my head I'm thinking she knows what's she's doing, she's clearly looking at my doggie, I reiterated on how the style needed to remain the same, rounded paws, poodle face, just shorter. She proceeded to grab Maxie took her into the back room. (I do not know where she was placed as it is not visible) She told me to come back 2 1/2 hours later At this point I should've really just went with my gut and left with my baby. My daughter, grandson and I went to pick her up when she was ready for pick up and we were shocked at the "mutt look" the poor thing had. She was completely shaved off, no style on her face, legs or paws. Despite the shocking disappointment I paid my tab, tipped Becka and sat in the car in shock, shaking and in tears. On our 7 minute drive home I noticed a FLEA on the tip of her nose. THAT WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE!!! I called immediately and was told by Madison that it wasn't possible because they had not had any dogs on that day come in with FLEAS. That if they do come in with FLEAS they are taken to the back immediately. I mentioned I have a 15 year old diabetic cat at home that can not afford to get fleas with her condition. She offered to have the owner CHRIS call me. I agreed to the call from him thinking the owner has manners and some consolation would be given. "THINK AGAIN!" HE WAS VERY DEFENSIVE FROM THE GET GO. NASTY AND UGLY INDIVIDUAL. IMPLIED MY DOG WAS THE ONE THAT HAD FLEAS AND GAVE ME AN UNSOLICITED CRASH COURSE ON FLEAS AND HOW THEY HOST, HOW LONG THEY FEED FOR, HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THEM TO DIE. HE MENTIONED HOW I HAD BEEN RECORDED ON CAMERA and am seen pointing at the chart. (Mind you he had just called few minutes later, how he looked at footage so conveniently that fast is beside me) He was so disgustingly unprofessional and rude he hung up on me. He hung up because I told my daughter "can you believe this person? Record it" As soon as I said "record" he disconnected the call and proceeded to cowardly text me instead. I was like "what in the world"?! He offered to have me bring my dog back for a flea treatment but my question is "lets say she did have fleas when she came in, why wasn't I called to have her picked up or called to offer a shampoo for fleas?!" That's because she's never had fleas in her life!!! She walked out with FLEAS from this place. I declined the offer because I am NEVER stepping foot there and much less leaving my doggie there ever again. CHRIS I wouldn't be writing a review had you simply been understanding and kind. You could've apologized for the inconvenience, offered a discount for the next visit, a coupon, refunded, something kind. Instead you chose to be nasty, rude and offered me good luck with my next groomer. SMH people have no pride or respect for what they do anymore. He will write a false narrative back to this review. As a consumer and the days we are living in, SAVE YOUR PET COMPANION, SAVE YOUR MONEY, SAVE YOURSELF FROM DISAPPOINTMENT AND A HUGE HEADACHE!
