1st time at this pet groomer. My dogs really needed a bath and haircut, I dropped them off at 1pm. About 4pm I was getting worried, I called. They told me one of the groomers went home. I finally got a text about 5pm "my pets were ready". When I got there only one got a haircut and the lady was somewhat rude saying "my dog was aggressive". Something about the way she spoke to me and walked away, I mean maybe she was having a bad day, but why do that. They only managed to give him a bath. And really not sure what happened, but I really didn't need the attitude, plus they charged me $166.00 in the end. When I first called they told me two haircuts and nails for (2) dogs would be $175.00 (I thought it was pricey) but they really needed haircuts so I was grateful that I got the appointment. But the experience I received today, I'm never taking them there again. Honestly I feel like I got robbed and my dog Chase still needs a haircut, Wag Your Tail in Lakewood here we come. I usually take my dogs there but like I said "they needed haircuts bad and this place was close by NEVER AGAIN. Nik, I rec'd a text after the fact. I called at 4pm because I was worried, the person on the phone said "everything was fine" and the reason for the delay "a groomer had went home". I get a text at 5pm they are ready. When I arrived your groomer came to me irritable. She looked like she was having a bad day. Chase only rec'd a bath, he looked untouched, no attempt of cutting his hair. And the part that blows my mind is, I still get charged as if I got full service. She was going to charge me $175 STILL, until I started saying "he did not get a cut" and they only took $10 dollars off. Unbelievable. I wanted this to work. I was excited to see my dogs groomed. I also want to mention that I gave both my dogs melatonin before I took them. Why did I get charged so much? What would you do or say if this happened to you? read more

First and foremost wow! This is a place where you can tell that they love pets and animals! Through annoying circumstances, I was able to find studs and wiggles. My current groomer told me that they no longer want to groom bigger dogs and I have a chocolate Labrador so I did some few hours reached here on Yelp and I found suds and wiggles immediately, they were super friendly and I got booked a few days later to take my two dogs, cocker spaniel, and a chocolate Labrador. Upon walking in, it was such a friendly environment. The staff was immediately in love with my babies, and I felt super comfort with them. Inside they have a dog fences and they don't medicate up with your dogs. They have them in a little free range area after they get groomed and they were providing me text updates throughout my dog grooming session. SO disappointed in this new groomer, I used to come here before they sold it and honestly these new owners suck :( Made an early appointment at 9am, dropped off my dog and ran errands, hadn't heard from them for 3 hours. I called and they let me know they haven't started on him because they had walk-ins. They said my dog would be ready at 2 or 3pm. I asked why allow appointments if they're going to prioritize walk-ins. They didn't apologize but said they would call when my dog is ready. Waited and waited until I finally get a call to hurry over because they're closing. Mind you their hours are 9-4 and they called me at 2:59. I get there in 5 minutes and try to use their coupon they offered. The guy says he can't honor it if i was a previous customer of the previous owner. WHAT?! Honestly the new owners need better customer service. My poor dog was SO thirsty when I finally got to see him. I guess people should only come here if you want crappy service and wait 6 hours. read more
