Horrible experience!!!! Took my Boxer in who has been getting his nails trimmed since he was a puppy. Came here because his normal place was closed today. I heated my dog crying at first then the cry became a scream then a growl! My boxer has NEVER had a bad experience with his nail trimming until today!!! At that point I told the young lady at the desk to have them stop and get my dog! The groomer came out and said my dog tried to bite him again a first! Once I got my dog into the car I looked at his nails and understood why he was crying and tried to bite they cut my dogs nail down to the quick on almost all the nail on all three paws!!! I stopped them from doing the fourth! He won't even let me clean his feet right now

Laura was our groomer today and she did a great job making Petunia feel safe and comfortable and they gave her a bath with all the extras for a reasonable price. Staff are kind and friendly.

Service: Teeth cleaning & flea and tick bath You guys did such a great job on my pup Kubo His teeth are nice and clean now!!! I was very concerned that he would freak out or just not let himself get worked on, but I was told he did good. My mom dropped him off for me and said the staff was very nice and actually took the time to bond with Kubo. She also said you staff was very informative and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you guys so much! I recommend it to all my dog parents who have pups with bad teeth.

Ive been taking my maltipoo Luna with the owner at his mobile location for 2 yrs now... this is my first time visiting the new location. Service was exceptionally!! My dog is a bit difficult to groom and they have always been very patient with her. She always leaves there Happy and smelling so good. I give them a 10 out of 10!!

I had my first appt today at 1:40 and sorry to say I was extremely disappointed. Lilly who was at the front counter was not friendly and the groomer who came out Laura she was only interested if my dog was matted. My dog is 11 lbs and is groomed regularly I was visiting my cousin sho lives down the street and I thought I would try this establishment. My charge was $95.00 plus I had to put a $30 retainer the day before that would be non refundable. When the groomer took my dog back to start I finished filling out this form handed it to Laura and tried to tell her that I felt they were not friendly as I was a first time customer and her answer was to open the back door tell the groomer to bring my dog up it's not going to be a good fit here. I said I want my $30 refunded which she agreed and never apologized or even try to understand my thoughts on their customer service.

This spot was amazing! My dad told me about it so I took my sweet Chilly to get groomed. He came back smelling amazinngggggg and his shedding was non existent! I will definitely be coming back.

Mats that had to be cut out after the grooming service.

I brought my dog in for a brush & bath grooming appointment. While the front desk staff were friendly, I was disappointed in the quality of the grooming and the response from management. When I brought my dog home, I noticed he had tangles on his back end and tail - areas that should have been thoroughly brushed out during the service. I had brushed him thoroughly before the appointment, and he did not have mats or tangles when I dropped him off. I tried to brush them out myself (defeating the purpose of a paid service), but some were so severe that I had to cut them out. (Please see photos) I reached out to the business and was offered a redo of the service or a partial refund. I declined the redo as the appointment had already been stressful for my dog and I no longer trusted the quality of their grooming. The refund offered was only a small percentage of what I paid, which I didn't feel reflected the extent of the issue/the incomplete service (not brushing/fully drying). The response from the business was very disappointing and they were unwilling to provide a fair solution. I also tipped in cash, in good faith, prior to realizing the issue, and management was unwilling to verify the tip and refused to refund it. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this helps other pet owners make an informed decision. I expected a more thorough and professional grooming experience and a better response from management. Edit to address your comment: While your response includes several false claims that misrepresent what happened, I want to address a few of the most serious ones. First, it is entirely false to suggest that I was "harassing" your business. I was polite and respectful throughout all our interactions, both in person and in writing, as I tried to explain my concerns and work toward a fair resolution. As for mediation, I was open and clear in my efforts to resolve the matter fairly. You offered only two rigid options and refused to consider any alternatives and showed no willingness to have a genuine conversation. Your exact words were, "this is not up for negotiation." Also, at no point did you clarify that your "partial refund" amounted to only about 37% of the total, or closer to 30% if you include the tip. Additionally, my complaint is not about subjective satisfaction - it is about services that were not completed as agreed upon and paid for. I paid for full-service grooming, including brushing and drying. Those services were not completed as my dog was not brushed (which is clear from the mats that I had to cut out and the tangled rear end) and my dog was not fully dried (which is also clearly visible in the photos where his coat appears crinkled from still being damp). At no point during the service or at pick-up was I informed of any concerns or obstacles that would prevent the groomer from fully completing the service paid for. Regarding the tip, I encourage you to check your video footage. I handed two $20 bills to the front desk and did not receive change. The claim that I did not leave a tip is simply untrue. I'm disappointed that instead of addressing the facts, your response includes personal attacks and false accusations. My review is honest and I took care to remain objective and factual. I hope it helps others make informed decisions about your business.

My babies have been seeing D for about a year now, and today tried someone new from his team! Brody went in looking like a fluffy scruff and came out so handsome! She did amazing and was quick. I love that my babies are taken on time and done within an hour, so they don't have to sit alone in a cage waiting to be groomed. The salon was clean and surprisingly didn't smell like wet dog lol. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN…read more I took my maltipoo last week. I took her here maybe once before years ago. This is not my normal groomer. My dog just went to the vet for a physical exam just hours before and there were no issues. She is an indoor dog & does not socialize with any other dogs. She has never had an open wound, nor any incident with any other groomer in her life (5 years). My dog came home with cuts on her legs and face and I just found another on her ear this morning (it was masked by hair). I contacted the company and the groomer said the scab on her legs must have got caught on the clippers. She also said she doesn't like being cut on her face. I do not believe either of these statements. She has never had issue at any other groomer. My main complaint is that none of these were mentioned to me when I picked her up. It was only said after I called and told them what I found. The owner did contact me and apologize and offered to refund half the grooming price. I do appreciate that. However, Now that I found another cut on her ear, I'm honestly even more upset. There is no way that she went in there with all these cuts without my knowledge and without a licensed vet noticing them. She didn't because those cuts weren't there prior to her grooming, although the groomer claims they were. I should've have requested a full refund and medical care/products. Although I did receive an apology after contacting them, it doesn't negate this fact this shouldn't have ever happened. Now I have to spend money tend to her wounds medically and don't know what to do since this has never happened before. I'm just very irritated with the whole situation and hope I don't find any more cuts.
