I have been extremely pleased to work with Robert's team at the Republic State Mortgage and they…read moresurpassed my high expectations. From the beginning of the process, Robert has been clear and transparent in how the entire lending process works including several introductory phone calls. In particular, I benefited from Robert's analysis on the best use of my capital from a standpoint of structuring the loan (e.g. should I pay 20% down, more than 20% down, invest extra capital to earn returns, etc.) He was great in debunking some myths related to equity/debt and he helped me make what I believe will be a wise decision from an economical (and practical) perspective. Robert's team, particularly Karen, has been very helpful in communicating clearly and timely exactly what paperwork is required and why, and the process went very smooth. After I reached a contract with the Buyer, the Buyer requested a faster-than-normal turnaround for close and Robert's team worked hard to meet this deadline even ahead of pace. I would highly recommend contacting Robert and his team for future real estate lending needs and I would use them again should I need to for another home.
