Subway in the Birdie's/Amaco gas station on market Street/Forest Hills is the WORST FOOD I've ever had. They make the slimmest sandwiches in town and put ONE SLICE of meat on sandwich (especially for to go orders where people aren't watching) do yourself a favor and go to Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's. read more

I was at my local subway on College. The person behind the counter finished making and bagging a sandwich and promptly came over to me asking what I would like...that was as good as it got. They were clearly having a bad day...I asked her/them to please change their gloves from that point on they rolled their eyes and declared they had only made a sandwich and touched nothing else. I said that's fine but I am a vegetarian and would be be grateful if they would change their gloves. Then after more eye rolling I shared that I would like a 12 inch veggie sandwich on flat bread and that I would like the bread toasted...she declared they do not toast that typed of bread...I said, oh I know the other lady I was worked with said that as well but I like it toasted, so would you please toast it...she repeated they don't toast that type of bread. So I said I could just leave. And I appreciate you may be having a bad day but I am just asking you to toast the bread. I also said you may not be the only person having a bad day...so she put the bread in the oven. Then with what looked like hate in her eyes she continued to ask what I wanted and I was settled by her compliance and continuing to make my food. Then I should have let it rest at that but wanted to let her know everything will work out...asked her name ...she got angry gave more attitude then I got huffy...the pitch of my tone definitely raised...as I recounted how rude she had been. She denied and denied again...at that point I told her to keep the food. I flip flopped on whether to write this but at the end of the day we all need a bit of accountability. This location says it closes at 10PM, went in just after 8PM and the door was open, and an employee comes out to ask us if we are there to drop off a key?!?!? We were there to get the special holiday season cookie. Disappointed at the service. Place looked like it had closed up long before 8PM too, but the door was open!! read more

Went in to pick up simple order. Even though I was polite they gave me attitude right away. I would not recommend going here.

I have been to 2 Subway restaurants lately both on the north end of town, the Murrayville area and the Ogden area. Both locations were not open until 9pm like it says on the door and online. Even though the lights were on and an employee was inside they just said they weren't open and it was only 8:15. At the Ogden location they were closed at 11:30am with a note in the door that they would be back soon. I know things have been impacted by COVID but I think that now people are just getting lazy and are no longer concerned with providing good customer service any longer because they just fall back on the COVID excuse. You can't blame COVID for rude behavior and poor customer service. When will it ever get back to normal?! read more

Worst place I've even gotten food from. I ordered online last night for a 640pm pick up. I get there at 645pm. The young lady had a very bad attitude. She said they were out of steak. I told her my replacement meat. She put it together. She then asked her coworker a question. She got mad at his answer and went into the back leaving him alone with a dining g room full of guests. After waiting for about 10 min I asked him for my other 2 sandwiches. He looked dumbfounded. My sandwiches were not ready. I finally got my order around 705pm. We got home and it was disgusting. My husband's sandwich was soggy and falling apart. Mine was not what I order and the bread was hard as a rock. The real kicker is my son's sandwich. It's the easiest one a turkey and cheese wrap plain. I paid 7.29 for a wrap with 3 pieces of turkey, a piece of cheese and a stale wrap. My sons wouldn't even eat it. I had to go home and make new sandwiches out of the garbage they gave us. 20.00 down the drain. This is the 3rd time we had issues with this employee and quality of their food. read more

If I could give zero stars I would bc one both my orders they messed them up the first time they act like I was lying and I had to drive all the way back and the took the sandwich back behind the counter even with the COIVD going on they should have thrown them away up front seems unsanitary. This place is never open when it's supposed to be. And the rare chance they are open they somehow are out of everything. Bread, cheese, meat and even toppings. I truly think the staff half the time are just too lazy to go back there and get more. I love subway but this location is awful, I don't know if it's management or the owners. My husband and I ate here and we know its just a subway but I was appalled at seeing fruit flys come out near tea containers! If that's not clean...what happening with the food. Our sandwiches were extremely sloppy when we sat down at the table, ALL of the employees moved to the back of the store out of line of sight! Never have I felt that uncomfortable in that subway, and the reason I gave it 2 instead of 1, is that we've been here before and it's been good, but bugs and food are just something I can't do! read more

Stopped in only because we got a coupon in the mail and figured why not? Could they have been any stingier with the toppings? Absolutely not! Three tiny onions pieces on a foot long sub and the squeeze of mayonnaise was laughable. Very close to work. It is in a old run down strip mall but it is very clean. Just what you would expect from Subway.

Sandwiches themselves were tolerable however the service was impossibly slow and staff was very unprofessional. We stayed to eat in store and staff was using profanity and selected very inappropriate music choices. I don't want to listen to songs about sex, drugs, and that use profanity while I'm trying to eat my sandwich... do better subway. Thank god we didn't have kids with us! read more

I've never felt compelled before to share my experience at a restaurant, but my visit to this location tonight makes me eager to do so. Don't stop by this subway location near closing time or you will hear about it! I admit, I was completely oblivious to the closing hours of this location and would not normally enter a restaurant minutes before closing time. I had absolutely no idea until the employee (I assume the manager on duty) finally began to converse with me as she finished making my sandwich. She started by apologizing if she had an "attitude on her face" but I had walked in "two minutes before closing time...." She paused long enough to make it awkward and I was stunned. I apologized, then she continued on about how she can't turn the sign off (which is exactly what I looked for before entering) early and that she's not allowed to ask customers to leave once they're inside if the "open" sign was on. She closed our conversation by telling me if other potential customers see me in there then they will also assume they are open and want to come in as well. I haven't mentioned that there were two other people sitting at a table who I assumed before entering were customers. After hearing their conversation with the employee making my sandwich it seems these people were friends and permitted to be there at closing time. Maybe these additional people are also what is causing the epidemic of customers walking in at closing time? I felt incredibly uncomfortable and wanted to leave as soon as possible which I guess was the objective of mentioning my mishap to me. I understand it's annoying to have a customer walk in before closing but to approach a paying customer about it is substandard customer service. I meant no harm and total time spent helping me was less than ten minutes to boost your sales ten more dollars for the day. read more
