Walked in and the manager told me that Jalapeño cheddar was optional for their store to make and that they didn't have to make it if they didn't want to. Cool whatever. Herb and cheese will do. Got to vegetables and after asking for extra cucumber she gave me 8 slices. I asked for extra she said it'll be an up charge. I asked how much, she looked at the menu board which had no pricing for it and proceeded to tell me $1.50. I asked how much do I get and she said 8 slices. BRUH. I thanked her for letting me know and declined. She then proceeded to tell me she orders extra lettuce when she gets burgers and gets charged $3 for lettuce because she likes a lot of lettuce. I came here for lunch and the placed appeared clean, well maintained, and stocked. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive. I proceeded to place my order for a wrap with egg, ham, cheese, and veggies. I asked if the wrap could be toasted but was told that it couldn't. I really didn't understand why toasting the wrap was so difficult. They were able to heat the egg and ham so when I got home, I took the took it apart and put the wrap in my toaster, problem solved. read more

When the Worker was making my sandwich, i put the following ingredients, cheddar cheese, turkey, bacon, And lastly, Pepperoni. After, she toasted the sandwich. After she asked if I wanted and vegetables on my sandwich, i said no thank you, Then She says, "Do you wanna die?" And that scared the hell out of me. All because I didn't put vegetables on my sandwich, And also, the sandwich wasn't even toasted All the way and was cold in the middle when I got it. Sandwich was soggy , no customer service the employee was being rude with an attitude I was talking to her nicely and she ignored me the whole time . Came in today 02/04/2024 at 12:10 pm I had placed an order online. When I came in I saw subway provided new items churros and pretzels. I decided I wanted to get one. As I came to ask the girl told me I had to wait until she got the online orders done, so I did. After I waited till she was done by then there was other customers as well that came in after me. She told me she had to help them first and I had to keep waiting. I was in disbelief since I walked in first and I was the only one waiting for such a long time. Girl was very rude and looked very unhappy with her job. Seemed like she was alone and couldn't handle the work. Girl seemed to know the people who walked in since she had a whole conversation about her only work 2 hours because she got a new home. Places a Mobile Order online, got a completely different bread than requested. The food was cold, and the best part of all the Cashier Robert was rude. It sent me to one down the street and the app. did not even have olives. Then when I went to the second place they did not even have the Italian bread with cheese and herbs. The subway I normally go to, is usually a little bit smelly, sticky and crowded. One of the employees always seems to be on her phone. NOT this place! Very clean, and organised. Employees are nice, courteous, attentive, fast and very out going. The food prep station was very clean and organized. The food it self was very tasty(as it should be). Lots of tables to eat. Love this subway because its pretty spacious compared to other subways around this neighborhood. They always have the broccoli and cheese soup and the honey green tea (two of my favorite items at subway). The plus is the sandwich artists here are always very generous with their cheese.
