It's ok but not consistent and they need to Clean better, tables, floors, bathroom!!! Do not come here! Eat literally anywhere else along the freeway. They were out of many ingredients, including wraps despite having lots of signs about wraps. My sandwich bread was incredibly stale, and the one layer of turkey I got was thinner than the cheese (which was not the kind I asked for). Ultimately, the worker had very little understanding of the English language, and that would be fine except that he's working a job where he has to take orders from people who speak English. Ultimately, we threw away our stale, terrible sandwiches and went down to Carls Jr read more

Karan's sandwich was quite delicious and quick. We had a great time chatting with him, service was really nice. The place was pretty clean and well stocked as well. read more

Customer service was horrible when I walked in she said she had no bread available so I waited the 20 minutes then ordered soup and she didn't have soup either. I just feel like she didn't care to fill the order and just kept telling me no so I could leave. read more

Melika and Parmjit gave me the best customer service ever! They are both so sweet and kind!

Employees act like they're being held at gunpoint. Not that I blame them because I can't imagine they're particularly happy here but it's worrisome. Food is so meh, like kinda bad meh, and it's expensive. Portions are mad skimp- I'm pretty sure my 6in is actually 4 inches. And I know what 6 inches looks like. You might as well go to a real sandwich shop and get a good sandwich for the same price. read more

By far the worst subway I have been to. The bread was old, flaky and hard. Veggies tasted wilted

Think ,ever since Jasmine took over running the place, have seen improvements. She always greets everyone coming in, well, at least she does me. I've been coming here for a while, so she pretty much knows what sandwich I want. Jasmine is courteous and friendly so for those past reviews, stop by and try it again. read more

They don't make the sandwiches according to menu. They have the music up too loud. You can't hear them when they ask a question. I will never come back. So far Westly has been an awful experience read more

If I could give this Subway 0 stars I definitely would. Stopped by for a quick lunch on my way from San Francisco to LA. and there were literally 5 people ahead in line one person working at the front. Never did anybody else show up that I saw working and the gal that was making the sandwiches was also handling the money. She moved so slow to arrange the food, dragging her feet, spending her sweet time, didn't even care about the lone forming. The bathrooms were also filthy, no napkins in the bathroom to open the doors. No hand sanitizers anywhere. What would have been a quick stop to pick up lunch took me 45 minutes in line. Turkey Sandwich was meh, the lettuce tasted watery. Absolutely the worst customer service and I will never stop there again!!! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I just picked up 2 sandwiches that I ordered online 20 min ago and they were the sloppiest messiest sandwiches I've ever seen in my life. I clearly specified that I wanted light mustard and its like I asked for extra!! We couldn't eat them they were so messy. The two guys in the front didn't acknowledge that we walked in, so I grabbed my sandwiches from the online order container and left. Worst customer service, I hope this review saves people from a bad sandwich. read more

Pulled up at 1930 and they were closed, employee was cleaning up and waved us off. We stayed in the parking lot and had some leftover food we had from overlanding. Between then and 2030 there were a total of 5 vehicles that pulled up and left (including us). The employee left at 2000. read more

This Subway was closed for 15 minutes at 6:30 pm for some unknown reason. Don't go here!!! Worst Subway experience In min life!! No customers yet took 15 minutes to get one sandwich made here. Unbelievable!! It's obvious these employees don't want to be working at this restaurant. read more

I'm a huge fan of subway, but I was very disappointed at this location. The place is not maintained very well but the inside is clean enough. Ordered turkey, bacon and avocado. Pretty good sandwich but at the high end of price $8.75. Service was slow but they are friendly. Restroom is shared with a taco stand next door. It was dirty and a bit gross. Hold it and bypass the John. Looking for Jarod? Not at this location. read more

Nasty, nasty bathrooms. As other reviews stated, this place smelled nasty! I held my breath and would not have even stopped in there if it weren't an emergency (#longdrive). The service was basic, nothing special. I grabbed a sandwich and chips and walked out. read more

We would not have stopped here if we'd read the true reviews about the very first bathroom facilities. A couple of gallons of paint would make all the difference, how can a business owner not see this. I plan to ask Subway corporation myself as this is a direct reflection on them as well. Fortunately the girls behind the counter preparing our food were kind and sweet and did their job. I only hope the rest of the place upholds healthy standards and we don't get sick from our lunch. read more

Don't eat here. One of the filthiest bathrooms on planet earth. If this is a Subway franchise, Subway should be concerned. Both toilets hadn't been flushed in ages, brim full of toilet paper and human waste. I have traveled throughout the world, and this is without a doubt one of the filthiest toilets I have ever had the misfortune to use. Someone needs to call the health department. Surely there is something incredibly unhealthy about having toilets full of shit that have not been flushed flushed for days, in a business that purports to be clean. Utterly disgusting and smelly. The saddest part may be that the two women working at the counter pretended as if they knew nothing about it. Those toilets have been clogged for a long time. So lying on top of filth, no thank you. read more

Great sub. The kid who made it was sweet too. Young man around 16-18. His name was "Trip" or something like that! THE RESTAURANT WAS CLEAN. The bathroom seemed to be ruined by disgusting people. That's not the restaurant's fault that customers wreck the bathrooms. I feel bad for the employees and owners! read more

The lady at counter (Sandwich Artist) was rude. This was Sunday (Aug 19) around 3 p.m. Apparently she did not want to put ingredients on sub as requested. May be she did not like me or did not like any one or did not like her job or was unhappy at herself (whatever). She sounded bossy as well. She continued to show passive-aggressive behavior throughout interaction and made inappropriate comments as well as gave dirty looks. read more

NO STARS AT ALL!! I'm only adding the 1 star cause Yelp makes you do it!!! I just left this subway location and I can tell you right now I would never ever return. Even if it's the last subway for another million miles! For starters their bathroom was disgusting and it smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in years. And the hot water wasn't working! So how do these employees wash their hands properly after using the bathroom and going back to handle our food?? I order a breakfast sandwich because there's a sign there that reads "breakfast served ALL DAY" they proceed to tell me that their eggs are frozen? OK! Then take down that sign! It's one thing to say "we ran out" but "the eggs are frozen?!?" Well unfreeze then since you're promoting BREAKFAST ALL DAY!!!! Then I order a 6 inch tuna (sandwich of the day) and when it was cut the guy "helping" me so obviously picked out the smaller piece and put the larger one back in the trays. It wasn't even a 6 inch. To the point were I had to ask him to use the other piece. (Did he purposely cut me a smaller piece because I wasn't paying the full price?!?) Then I asked for cucumbers and he only put 2. I used to work at subway... We all know it's supposed to be 3. But point of all this is they are extremely cheap when it comes to the amount of ingredients they use on the sandwiches. So much that they put less then the called for amount. Again, Could it have been because I ordered the sandwich of the day?? So basically what I'm seeing here is that when we order a sandwich that they are promoting at a lower rate... They make sure to give us less because we are paying less??? Hmmmm..... Then, I hadn't realized that my husband had also ordered the 6 inch tuna so I asked if they could charge it as a 12 inch. Mind you, the guy was the one helping me... But the rude girl working next to him made sure to answer that one.... But she didn't direct the answer to me... It was to him. She said no because my husbands sandwich was toasted and mine wasn't. So I asked him to toast mine. Then again, she tells him instead of speaking to me directly... And said that he couldn't charge it because we ordered them as two 6 inch. So he HAD to charge them as such. I understand that, but she could've been more understanding or nice about it. Instead she was extremely rude. Never addressing me as the customer that was standing right in front of her, instead only choosing to speak to him as if I was not there at all. It was extremely uncomfortable and you could tell that the guy was uncomfortable as well by the nervous look on his face. Like he was the middle man between her and I. I do not appreciate them taking advantage of their customers, first with their "promotions" they give us the least possible because we aren't paying full price and acting like they're all high and mighty because there's no other subway in the area. None of those reasons gives any chain restaurant or any place for that matter, the right to take advantage of a paying customer! I will never ever go there again. And I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. If you really want subway you'd spare yourself the awful experience and just wait for the next stop. read more

Don't let the bars on the windows and jack of customers fool you. They're open. The employees are just happy everyone thinks they're closed.

First of all, I'm going to give this subway a two star relief because it happens to be in one of the most depressing places a subway could be, and the server was not exactly impolite. It's tucked between 3 cheap motels, and connected to a Mexican restaurant that apparently needs no parking. I wanted some coffee, but apparently they stop brewing at a certain point during the day. The coffee I had was around 12 hours old, and was disgusting. The cashier made no offer to make a fresh batch, but I was desperate. I ordered cookies, and asked her to warm them up and when I got in the car they were barely warm. Can't say I would expect much but it was a complete waste of time and money. read more

So we travel up North quite a bit and have stopped, I feel at every stop along the way after the grapevine on the 5 freeway. Per request, my daughter wanted a sandwich from Subway, so first Subway sign we proceeded to exit. I should of known to keep going because upon arrival this place looked deserted and another off putting sign was the bars on the windows and doors... WTF! The only reason I stopped was 1. my husband said, it's Subway, they are all standard. Well he couldn't be further from the truth.... this place was bare mininum. We ordered a kids sandwich meal... no toy, no juice but same price?!?!?!?! Then everyone had to do a bathroom break there..... Look, I will be straight up brutally honest! You are better off doing your business out in the open off the side of the road because this place was so disgusting, that it made public restrooms @ a gas station a better option! The smells was so horrific, like it has never been cleaned! Not if this was the last SUBWAY ON EARTH WOULD WE GO BACK! read more
