I could be a bit more charitable if the service were significantly faster, but as they cook everything to order, you oftentimes end up waiting 5-15 mins for an order, and then to have it end up incorrect is disrespectful both of the customer's time and money. It only takes 5-10 seconds to verify that what is on the order ticket is in the bag before(!) the runner brings it out. Also, don't bother with their survey. This Culver's gives you an 18 digit code, but the survey website only allows 15, so the survey is useless.
