I went in at 8:15pm today. No one in sight. Finally a girl comes from the back & says they're closed, later admitting they weren't! The lying didn't stop there. I am honestly still shook by the whole experience. I get wanting to go home, but it's literally the last stop for like 2 hours! Honestly never have i been turned down there, won't be my last time there but holy shit. That girl needs training or maybe consider a career change because the service industry isn't for her. read more

Who writes a review on a sandwich shop located in the corner of a service station? I do, when the service is as good as what we received last night. We ordered two sandwiches, and Aryana put them together as though she was making a birthday dinner for someone. The sandwiches were delicious, stuffed with ingredients, and the bread was fresh and soft. Haven't been to Subway in years, but I'll be going back to this one soon. read more

We ordered and prepaid online and my husband's footling Philly was made as a 6 inch. My steak and cheese had very little meat. It was all bread. My sons sandwich had the wrong cheese. All the items were made I correctly. Don't go to this subway location. read more

The turkey tasted like it had gone bad. They didn't have ice in their soda machine. They are several dollars more expensive than Subway restraunts I frequent around Salt Lake City. And the place was dirty and gross. read more

Worst Subway EVER! They were out of jack cheese, pepperoni, mustard, roast beef and ice tea...and not a cleaned off table in the place. I had to double check the spelling on the sign to be sure it wasn't a knock off cuz when I tried to google subway locations this one didn't show up. I'm crossing my fingers we don't get food poisoning. One oddity (and a plus if you like it...) this is the only Subway I've ever been in that had Rye bread. read more

I wanted to give this Subway a shout out. We stopped in starving on a cross country move and the place was SPOTLESS. The bathroom was clean and the employees got us in and out quickly. Floor to ceiling plastic around the food area and masks required. read more

This is a great Subway. It's clean and there are enough employees to deal with the random rush of road trippers. The veggies seemed somewhat fresh but it's no less different than any other one of their chain locations. read more

I really dislike Subway in general, but there really aren't many decent food options in Wendover so we ended up here. I was really pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and attentiveness of the person who made my salad. He offered suggestions and carefully selected the ingredients he included- tossing out the crappy looking veggies. I placed my order online, I ordered 3 sandwiches all of them should have been toasted but weren't, they also shorted us the cheese. I called to talked to someone and I told them what had just happened, I said I'm just calling to let you know what happened. I will be ordering more food in the future and I would wan this to not happen again. I told her that the sandwiches weren't toasted and that none of them had cheese and instead of her trying to fixed what had just happened she gave the phone to the person that made the sandwiches. She said that the sandwiches were toasted but they weren't and we were missing the cheese, I'm upset because the supervisor does not know how to handle constructive feedback, i also work in fast food and this is not how you handle a guest. I'm a frequent customer at subway and I will probably still go but the way she handle the situation is sad. I wasn't calling to get new food or to get my money back I just wanted her to know so she is aware of the problem. I asked for the region supervisors name and she refused to give it to me so I will make sure they know what happened. read more

I love eating at Subway but recently have been disappointed by many of them. We stopped at this one on our way driving across the country. The staff was up-beat and friendly and knew what they were doing. That's about all you can ask for from subway. Also it was pretty clean, which seems to be lacking at a lot of subways. read more

Everybody know how subways taste but the BIG PROBLEM here is the people they hired !!! Worst customer service and don't care about getting the food out. We waited 30 minutes and there was only 2 customers in front of us. When we sat down we saw two customers walk off cuz of there really bad customer service. I will never return to any Subway store again because they tried to cheat me yesterday, at 3:30 pm on 4/12/2017. I will send their email offers to trash and cut up my Subway card. Everything went fine at first. I ordered a $6.00 footlong sandwich and proceeded to check out. I ran my Subway card through the machine and presented a coupon for $1.00 off a footlong sandwich that Subway had emailed to me a couple of days ago. it expired on 4/17/2017. The cashier absolutely refused to accept it and kept insisting that I owed her $6.42. I pointed out that $6.00 - $1.00 = $5.00. She muttered something about tax but had to admit that the tax on $5.00 was 40 cents. I was not about to put up with this so I just walked out minus my sandwich. read more
