One of the servers told us that the pork was locally sourced and hand battered. Other regulars, next to us, recommended the onion rings as a side. The tenderloin was not pounded thin, but thick and juicy. The breading was light and flavorful. The bun did not hold up well, but it was fresh. The onion rings were amazing. The helping was generous and the breading was a light beer batter. It was a great meal made with local ingredients. They've absolutely nailed the ingredients on every sandwich I've tried, with high-quality components selected specifically for how they go together. Unreal how it can hold these constructions together while being soft and delicious. The meats? Perfection. The cheese? Incredible. That pistachio stuff? I see it in my dreams.
