This isn't just poor service -- it's a complete lack of professionalism and care. Fast food can be a tough job, I understand that, but there's no excuse for treating customers with this level of disrespect. I truly hope management sees this and takes it seriously. Staff members regularly ignore customers standing at the counter or redirect you to someone else who doesn't know what's going on. When management fails to train their team or keep order behind the counter, it creates a hostile environment for everyone in the lobby. The owner or corporate needs to step in immediately, look at the recent afternoon shift dynamics, and completely retrain this crew.
