My burger arrived about 12 minutes later, I walked the 3 blocks home, so less than a 10 minute walk, including waiting for the elevator. What I opened up was a flaccid, soggy burger that was absolutely DROWNED in their "burger sauce" which tasted like a whole lot of pickle brine mixed with some mayo, ketchup and mustard. At first I had thought the goop was all the melted cheese, but no, the overwhelming flavour of their vinegary burger sauce was all I could taste. There was almost no discernible char on either patty, and it tasted like a steamed burger patty. What a colossal waste of calories and beef. As for the service, there were 4 people behind the counter, but as far as I could see, it was the quiet guy and lady that were doing most of the work.
