The staff were impolite. I had ordered a 3 piece dinner. I heard them say they needed chicken dropped. When I got to my work destination, I noticed they only gave me 2 pieces. They probably wanted to save face and not make me wait even longer. On a previous visit, I also overheard a rude cashier tell a customer they could not put the white gravy on his potatoes, and another location he eats and can do it because they are corporate location. If this Bojangles had a franchise partner, it is high time that corporate takes notice of the way this establishment is being run and the quality of staff that is managing it. This place should be shut down.
