Stopped by on Saturday, 08/09/25 for a late brekky. We ordered a footlong here which was crazy expensive - over $18!!! Got our footlong for free since we had a coupon we wanted to redeem. However, I would recommend not coming here - crazy how the prices here are so expensive compared to where I live (Pomona area - and this is also expensive with $13 footlongs!)

All lettuce hardly any turkey and a tiny punch of onions on stale bread. Behold the saddest of sandwiches

Im pretty sure a sandwich needs something more than bread .... Right ?? We ordered two sandwiches and the bread was stale on BOTH sandwiches not only that but there was maybe half of a slice of turkey and a teaspoon of onions. It truly was the saddest sandwich we have ever ever ordered. I would just avoid this location as this is definitely not our usual experience with other subways.

The meatball sub gave me food poisoning. If you're going to eat at this location (I personally won't be) then get something else.

And the generous side of caesar dressing is the very BEST I've ever had. Wish I could have saved it and slathered it on everything. The Turk sando was very good, but more like a 4/5. Solid fillings and good ratios, but not a WOWER. Added chips and 2 desserts: the chocolate chip cookie which was outrageous, loaded with chocolate in every bite, and the lemon olive oil cake was divine. Pro tip: do not skip out on the desserts. Our order was accurate and pickup was easy. Prices were fair. Will visit again, especially for the wraps.

One of the seasonal specials is the Martha which is an upgraded version of chicken salad (Tarragon chicken salad, apples, shaved fennel, arugula, basil, lemon, garlic aioli on grilled Ciabatta, $16) which sounded pretty good. I placed the order online and headed over to this busy section of Studio City. Street parking can be tricky especially in the afternoon, and there are 'parking ticketers' out in force. This was my first time here at this location, but they had a handy takeout window at the one end, and a friendly guy handed me the bag. As for the food, I could only eat half of the sandwich; one reason is because it was a Lot of sandwich and second, I didn't really enjoy this for the most part (I did give the other half to a hungry co-worker who did like it). Then my favorite part, the cookies. I ordered two orders (two come in an order) so I had four to enjoy. The first bag was a decent sized pair of cookies, but they shafted me on the second order. This was basically one cookie cut to make two which was clearly noticeable compared to the other order. I was too far to return these but next time, it's something I will check on before leaving. I didn't have this problem the first time I came here (even though it was a different location) but as for anything, I recommend checking your order prior to leaving. Otherwise, I will be returning to Ggiata but maybe for a classic Turk or Antonia, or even the arancini side-

It took quite a while to get there but now it's there. It's in the same little strip mall as CPK and Green Apple Bistro, where Jamba Juice used to be. I had no idea that it was finally there until I lunched at CPK yesterday. But good to know that's where my DoorDash orders are coming from now. At this new location, thus far I've had several Philly cheesesteak sandwiches - always fresh and good and just the right size. I've had the Italiano several times and it, too, is always great and just the right size. Then last night I had for the first time the double smash burger and some onion rings. The latter were really good, although I should not eat onion rings that late at night - the double smash was great and I'll be ordering that again. I have an Italiano on its way to me as I write this. So, welcome to Studio City Fat Sal's. You're a very happy addition.

I got myself a Grilled Chicken Cesar Salad & an Impossible burger. Nothing to drink and no fries. They have a lot of options to choose from: Sandwiches, burgers, tater tots, fries, drinks: milkshakes, cold & hot, salads and wraps. Service by Mason was AWESOME! He took my order and the order came out fast & quick. My food was very delicious and fresh. Restaurant was clean, and it is not a big place. Interior was pretty dope, colorful, and upbeat. They were playing great music overhead and I would definitely return to try other options from their extensive menu. Sandwiches were HUGE!! Saw 2 people eating and wanted to take a bite:-) they said no. Underground validated parking for 90 minutes free. Located where California Pizza Kitchen and Green Apple Chinese Restaurants are.

The salmon salad is my personal favorite and I order it constantly, but the avocado toast deserves its own moment. I brought a friend recently who said "avocado toast always tastes the same" -- and I told her not here. She understood immediately on her first bite. It is bursting with flavor in a way that has no business being as good as it is. I mean, it's bread, avocado, some cheese, fresh basil.... but it SINGS! The desserts are delicious, the server recommendations are genuinely solid (they actually know the menu and steer you right), and the service overall is warm and attentive. Special shoutout to Miles, who is always a joy and makes you feel genuinely welcomed every time. The space is small with both indoor and outdoor seating, but that's part of the charm -- it feels less like a restaurant and more like going over to a friend's house for dinner. They take real care of you here, attentive, superior, friendly service. If you haven't been, go. And when you get there, order the avocado toast -- even if you think you've had good avocado toast before. You haven't had this one. But seriously, anything you order will be great! Easy street parking and during the day for lunch they have a valet just next to Voyage et Cie (shop next door) that's reasonably priced.

If you order in person, you're forced to wait 20-30 mins for a cesar wrap while the staff stands around and chats. And, good luck ordering ahead because the order is never ready at the time you say you'll pick it up. I've gotten a soggy tuna sandwich or tuna melt toast when I got to the shop 5 mins before I requested the order to be ready...TWICE. Leaving a $20 mayo-based entree out until it's soft and warm was enough to make me never come back. Three different times I have been the only customer in the restaurant while the owners, and I assume a manager, yap in the corner, unaware of how long I've been waiting for French toast sticks. Because Carla's is so forgettable, I didn't realize I still followed them on Instagram until the owner put up a story praising Charlie Kirk for "leading with love" and "preaching his ideals to others". She goes on to say "I feel a debt of gratitude to him." I'm disgusted I ever spent a dime here. There's so many local businesses on 3rd that are struggling to keep their doors open. I strongly recommend you eat elsewhere, perhaps somewhere that doesn't support right wing bigots who wish death upon the LGBTQ population and believe black women's brains are incapable of processing information.

Dropped by on a weekend and had to park on the street like normal anywhere in LA. We walked down the street to find a very, very busy cafe and super packed but that's a sign, right? Absolutely. 100%. We hopped in line to order and a girl from afar complimented our pokemon shirts lol immediately put a smile on my face. We ordered and the drinks came out pretty quick! Got the Saint Latte and Pistachio Latte and let me tell you. This is hands down the best pistachio latte I've ever had!! Super creamy and the strongness was perfect. They have lots of seating inside and out but we enjoyed ours to go (went to hang out at universal studios for the day). Great spot and can't wait to visit again!! IG: @ammysalamii

My husband and I came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all, although almost all the pastries were already sold out, so I'm guessing the real rush is in the mornings. Overall, I personally wasn't a fan, mainly because the drinks and most of the food felt pretty underwhelming and lacked flavor. I ordered the strawberry matcha and it was honestly the most bland matcha I've had, which is surprising considering there was strawberry puree in it. It didn't taste low quality, just very muted and not something I'd order again, especially since I get matcha (and strawberry matcha) pretty often elsewhere. My husband got the pistachio latte and liked it, but mentioned it leaned a bit too sweet for his taste. For food, we tried the breakfast bagel and I genuinely can't believe how bland it was. It had all the components you'd expect, everything bagel, eggs, cheese, aioli, bacon, and more, but somehow it just fell flat. I kept wanting to add salt or some kind of sauce to bring it to life. I actually stopped eating it because it didn't feel worth it to keep going for something so flavorless. The one highlight was the spinach quiche. I really enjoyed it and would come back for that specifically, although it did feel a little pricey for what it was. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back, but if someone else wanted to go, I wouldn't object.
