I give them 5 stars because the last few experiences were good compared to my first time experience. First time at this place, we first got there the employee told us that their system was down and he couldn't help us. Another customer came in and turned her away so I told him that if he didn't direct me to another subway that carries soups I'd be reaching out to the manager or corporate office because he could still help while the system popped up but he didn't want to. So he thought about it and said he could make the sandwiches while the system came back up. We used coupons and he told us the sandwich could only be certain and not steak or chicken but on the coupon it clearly states which sandwiches are not eligible. I tried this place a few more times and Manpreet helped me and he was very nice and polite. He made the sandwiches with no problem and also he greeted me and while he was busy he politely said he'll be right with me. Another time, a female worker she was very nice too and very helpful. I went again and Manpreet helped me and he's very polite and not only with me I noticed the interaction with other customers too. I appreciate the good service and society needs more people like him in this world where lately there's no respect for others. read more

I ordered a sandwich online using the Buy One Get One free promotion that's currently going on. After entering the code on the app I assumed everything was good to go. I showed up and there was only one sandwich ready. Politely asking for the other one and trying to figure out if I entered things incorrectly, the associate wasn't willing to help me. After a couple minutes of trying to figure things out I was continually met with resistance from the associates end. When it came to asking for a customer service number I was again told, "no" and that "it's my fault, not her's." All I wanted was some information regards to how to get the other item that was apart of my purchase. Truly a disappointing experience. After getting in touch with the store's manager the following day there was still nothing he could do nor even offering to help rectify the situation. The phone number that I was given for customer support wasn't for customer service, it was for their tech support team. Again, no help. This subway is in a shopping center in a peaceful nice area in Studio City. They open at 7am and close at 10pm. It is a convenient location for when I get off my stop. The employees are also nice. They start a conversation with you and are very enthusiastic. Today was an amazing sunny Friday morning. They air was fresh and great breezes when walking down the street. I ordered a footlong pastrami with extra pepperoni. I love getting cookies and a dr pepper everytime I have subway. It was a great breakfast to start my morning! read more

When you order a sandwich you kinda expect it to be made the way you order it. Am I crazy here? In this case... as the last couple of times I ordered via mobile, the order was wrong. My kids like subway so occasionally we order it for them. The last few times the orders have been wrong. My son ordered a fairly simple sandwich yesterday and the guy who made it decided pickles, peppers and cucumbers would be a nice addition on a kids sandwich. It wasn't. The added pickles only made the sandwich a soggy mess. So now, not only did the sandwich have extra unwanted items. But it was mush and inedible. I emailed Subway because calling the store did nothing. The mailbox for the store wasn't set up yet and no one answered the phone. Maybe they were fielding other incorrectly made sandwiches. I'm not asking for much, just the 7 ingredient sandwich made the way I ordered and paid for it. Would they like it if I paid them in French Francs? (Not a currency any more, I know, but you get the point). My email did nothing but give me a copy and paste response... "I want to make this right, and I am always looking for ways to improve the experience for my customers, so I shared your feedback with my team to prevent this from happening in the future. WAY over priced. Paid $24 for a foot long boss sandwich meal. Literally that's a meatball sandwich and medium drink with 2 cookies. The one in Hollywood charges $16 for the same thing but large. If you can avoid having the owner make you sandwich, you may be ok. The owner is extremely skimpy (cheap) with ingredients. You literally have to beg him to add more vegies. If you ask for olives, for examples, he'll give you 5 small slices of olive. And its the same for all the other vegies. read more

2 reasons I give this place really bad review: 1 there was a line of about 4 people waiting for a sandwich but the employee made it a priority to fill about 3 veggie bins before attended the line. 2: our guy making the sandwich was sweating profusely. There were beads of sweat covering his face and he repeatedly wiped it on his arm, which left his arm covered in sweat. I would of been fine if he took a second to wipe his face with a napkin but instead he just let it sit on his arm. This made me lose my appetite. read more

Subway really needs to learn the difference between foods you can cook and foods you can reheat. This latest crispy baked chicken sandwich is just as bad of an idea as last month's bbq pulled pork! Subway is putting a frozen fried chicken patty in a toaster oven for 30 seconds and pretending it tastes freshly made... The problem with reheating a breaded chicken patty is the bread becomes mushy and doesn't fit at all with the consistency of a freshly toasted subway sandwich with crisp veggies... The chicken isn't even big enough to cover the whole sub, so there's plenty of chickenless bites in this sandwich, although I enjoyed those bites way more - Italian Bread and Southwest Sauce is a great combo regardless of what reheated meat is in it. Subway needs to stick to what they excel at - fresh deli meats, and leave the chicken sandwiches to the burger joints. read more

It's like a hidden gem since its in this plaza with small businesses, always lots of parking which is great to say since its on Ventura. Ingredients are so fresh, the place is super clean and lots of seating area with comfortable booths. Will definitely be coming here at least once a week since its down the street from my work.
