The man who finished my order was unnecessarily rude for no reason at all, he needs to work on his customer service skills, completely unacceptable read more

At 9:45 PM on Thursday night, May 5, 2022, I went to the subway sandwich shop on Washington Street and found it to be closed, although it does not close until 10:00 PM. I was lied to by a high school employee who told me that they had closed at 9:30 PM. There was another couple behind me, but apparently this young kid wanted to get out of the store more quickly than he wanted to promote the business. I called the subway store behind Chili's and they told me to come on down. I did and they fixed me two delicious sandwiches, and I did not have to pay for them because of the liar at the previous store. It is a shame that the owners or managers at the subway store on Washington choose to employ liars to run and otherwise represent their business. Very sad indeed, but not my problem. Thankfully, Stevensville is big enough for alternatives. Many thanks to the subway behind Chili's for taking such good care of me. you earned five stars from me! I wish it were possible to leave zero stars on the other review. As far as the young liar at the other store, he can go but a stump. read more

I'm incredibly surprised by the low ratings at this location. There are some new hires that are at this location, which is obviously apparent. However, they are doing their best and with help they'll be just fine. Nothing to critique on that manner. The food served here is as you would expect. It's Subway, and it's almost always good. Anyone expecting more should chose to go to an actual sandwich shop. The employees here are really great people, and make the experience enjoyable. This location is indeed pretty small, but as expected being in a strip center. read more

LJ was kind, funny, attentive, and overall amazing!! Will definitely be back! Food was fresh and hot!

Terrible! Manager should be ashamed! Bunch of new people working! Employees kid hanging on the glass leaning over the guard to the food! New employees trying to keep up with lunch rush. Messing up sandwiches, poorly wrapping the wrap causing it to be almost impossible to actually eat! Ridiculous! read more

Subway - Not even wrapped! Complete mess! - Sandwiches Near Me - Stephenville, Texas

Actually and literally the BEST Subway I've ever been to. The best and sweetest staff ever. Insanely nice! I was having a bad day and one of the staff members (red hair and so pretty ) made my night so much better! read more

Had an EXTREMELY RUDE experience yesterday with two workers around 9:30 PM. Now, me and my friends worked out and wanted to get a sandwich, right? Yes, well we came in around 30 minutes before closing (I know that can be annoying) but the attitude on these girls faces was disrespectful to the max and customer service did not seem to be in their vocabulary. On top of the fact that they were rude to me & my group of friends and throwing the sandwiches around, they told us "we're closed, get out" and didn't even give us the time to pack up our stuff and clean up our area, they immediately turned the lights off. So we we're stranded in this subway, in the dark, where we could not see and then the same workers wanted to complain about us "leaving a mess". Overall, this location will NOT be receiving business with me ever again. read more

Subway really isn't my favorite and this one isn't all that great. It's super small and the employees aren't that helpful. I prefer the one on Washington! read more

Good service with a small seating area. As good as any other I've been to. There is a frozen yogurt place a few doors down.

The food wasn't bad at all...the service was pretty terrible. Our sandwich artist never even looked up and let my sandwich set in the toaster while he went ahead and rang up and charged my wife for our meal. Meanwhile the only other employee cleaned the windows and never said a word. Didn't make me want to go back. read more

I got the sub of the day because it was cheap and I was trying to save some money. When I got to the register she said "3.50 is only for the sub of the day" I tried to explain to her that I got the sub of the day and she didn't listen, she then decided to lie to me and tell me that she rung it up as the sub of the day even though the price was the same as any other sandwich. Bad service, alright food. read more

I'm a fan of Subway, but SUBWAY STOP! The population is just over 17,000 and we have 3 Subways, and even more other sandwich shops in town. At one point they even had to split up which store got to carry which dressings, so we had to drive across town to a different store if we wanted our usual. I've always loved Subway. They don't overcharge for, be honest, something you could make at home if you had those ingredients on hand. It's a nice alternative to burgers and pizza. We just don't need 3 of them! This town needs variety not more and more of the same thing. We've got 2 McDonalds also. We used to have a Burger King, but not anymore. But 2 McDonalds made sense. What could we have instead of superfluous Subways? read more

Great Subway food, but by far the worst service in the entire Subway franchise. My girlfriend and I ate here one night, and she forgot her phone. We were in Hastings in the nearby Bosque River Center when she realized she had left her phone behind, so we drove back to Subway. We asked specifically if they had found a phone where we had sat, and even gave a very detailed description of it. The employees all said that they had not seen it. We walked out the door, and a woman who had been in the restaurant since my girlfriend and I had left the first time stopped us. She told us that she watched an employee pick up the phone, show it off to the other employees, and put it in the back room. I know this was not a simple act of ignorance because whichever employee had picked it up also made sure to turn it off so that we could not call it to locate it. We went back inside the restaurant and after a few minutes of questioning, one of the employees "magically" managed to find it sitting on the table in the back. I wanted to file a complaint so i asked for a way to contact the manager.By the employees' accounts, this is the only known Subway restaurant without a manager. I went online to the Subway website to find a help hotline number or something like it. If posted on the website at all, you won't find it unless you designed the page. I finally found the number on Yahoo! Answers, called it, gave all the required information, and explained the incident. I was told I would get a phone call in response to the complaint within 48 hours. Funny thing, I never did get that call. -Logan read more
