My girlfriend is hooked on the #6 spicy chicken sandwich, she always gets a baked potato instead of fries with chives, sour cream, butter, and cheese sauce and a Frostie. Its not my favorite burger place but I didn't want to go to two places and was ready to just get on the road. Girl at the window was a bit short when I asked for the straws stating they were in the bag. We pulled around to get settled and found zero toppings for the potato, two straws, no ketchup, no fork, and no spoons for our Frosties. So I drove back through the drive thru and let them know I was missing the toppings for which she argued with me. I said, I know those other things don't come standard which is why I ordered them with the potato and said, I didn't even get the sour cream which does come with it. Took forever to get back to the window, and once there, it took a few minutes for the girl to open the window. She opened it, handed me the missing toppings and I stated I needed a fork too and she acted like I was totally being annoying for asking for a utensil. Never got a receipt to use for the rewards, but did check into yelp while we were waiting in line. The girl (red hair), was rude and I left thinking if I were the manager I'd work on this girl's customer service skills!!! We walked in and over to a booth... the table appeared clean but the seats had food left in them for ... well I'm not sure how long. Moved to another booth that the guy way "wiping down" with a wet dirty rag and no cleaner. Yes, I am aware that some restaurants soak towels for this purpose, but I promise this was not the case. He did not wipe down the seats, but the food on the seat was to my right and there really was no other option, since all the chairs at the tables had hand prints on the top of the chairs and black dirt on the legs of the chairs. While sitting there, I became more uncomfortable. Food on the walls. Air vents were black, like the AC filter has never been changed. It was 10 am, no way could they look like that from just a few hours. The grill has not been cleaned in well, it's been a while.... See photos, the aluminum wall guard was swiped at.
