Whoever is in charge here at the very top should review the footage of the front counter around 1 pm today (Thursday May 14th) a coworker and myself stopped for a lunch to go. Stood there being looked at by employees that didn't care to take our order and we were on a short schedule to grab food and get back to work. The employees took 5 drive-thru orders while we stood there, they walked past us with a side glare and walked away. All we got were silent glares and eventually we got tired of it and just walked out. This place needs to clean house and try again with people who actually care. read more

Went to drive thru, repeated order several times. Saw the sign this location is under new management. Line moved fairly well, got to the window, paid, did not receive drink while waiting on order. Got the receipt and noticed we were charged for classic minis and not deluxe minis. Notified window person and was told we would have to pay for the deluxe extra instead of changing from classic to the deluxe. Still have not received order. Line stacking up behind us. 5+ minutes later food comes out. Still no drink, no sauce for the classic minis or ranch for the jalapeño poppers. Napkins?? Very disappointed. Most likely won't be back. read more

Worst jack in the box ever. The drink machine tried to give me a shower. None of the employees including the "manager" can figure out how to add a free item from the app. When the "manager" finally showed up she said "if you want to wait a while I can take your order, I am very busy", She wanted me to do a mobile order while I was standing at the counter?!?! I was going to, but there isn't a combo for the home style chicken. I gave up and didn't get the free new item. No straws, 3 napkins, dirty tables. I guess Jack is done. read more

As soon as I entered I was greeted by 2 wonderful employees the servers were incredible, the food was fast food, it was warm and buttery very good, would recommend. As for the restaurant is was somewhat very empty it was quiet and I was able to enjoy my meal in the roomy restaurant. read more

Haven't tried Jack in the Box in a long while. It wasn't any better. Front door was locked had to walk around to the side to get in. Ordered and no product in drink machine and no napkins. Went and waited for counter person to come back. She was covering front counter and drive thru both. While waiting a customer from drive thru cam in with the wrong order. After waiting awhile the cook came out and argued with him over his order then finally remade it. I got my order and the fries were not fresh and the order of stuffed jalapeños was all fried in one big clump so parts were cooked while others were uncooked from being stuck together. Thought eating here last night would be a good experience cause I haven't eaten at a jack in the box in a while, last time I remembered them being so good. But last night was a horrible fast food experience. First off there were three men working last night who all seemed like they didn't care. Me and my boyfriend both got waters mine was okay but his was brown?? Why was their water brown? He asked for them to get him a new one just for it to be the same brown as the last one he got served. Well we sit down and the place is a dirty mess. Should've just walked out then but was hoping the food would be a different story, not at all. Our food comes out and I ordered chicken strips and fries, my fries came out looking so greasy with black specs all over it, seeming to me like the fryer hasn't been clean. My boyfriends food on the other hand, had a beard hair in it and so did his water. I would NOT recommend going there, horrible experience by far at any restaurant. read more

Fairly good restaurant that I frequent every so often. Their burgers are fairly fresh and the do a fairly good job at serving fresh fries. I was surprised that this location didn't have a Yelp, so I went ahead and added it because everyone should know about it since it's been around for awhile. Overall, they do fairly well and always go out of their way to serve up the best they can. I never dine in so I'm not sure of the cleanliness. But going through the drive-thru suffices me during my Jack cravings. read more

Terrible. Worst jack in the box I've been to. To start it off we had to wait like 20 mins for breakfast jacks. Didn't know eggs take that long to make... Also the fact that the eggs were completely liquid and not cooked all the way through and the fact that the egg white would fall out like water would, made me want to throw up. It wasn't just 1 either it was each and everyone of the breakfast jacks I got. And to end it all, I didn't think it was that hard to crack an egg and get no shells but it's a challenge for them, i heard a crunch as I was eating one of them, and even found multiple egg shells in my food. I ordered two bacon Swiss buttery jacks, the cheese on it was halfway off, almost no bacon, and an overload of butter. The fries I got with them were entirely uncooked and made me feel sick to my stomache, if I could give this a negative review I would. 1/10 for stephenville read more

I was at this location's drive through just before 7 on Saturday morning. Signs posted about face covering required. The female staff member that served me wore her's around her chin. Maybe more training rather than more signs. read more

Absolutely starving... waited in line for 20 minutes and when we got to the ordering screen, they shut off the lights... after taking all the orders in front of us. On top of that they weren't supposed to close for another 15 minutes. -10/10 do not recommend! :) read more

Undercooked frys with tooo much salt. Burger was $8 but came out looking like $1 cheeseburger from McDonald's.

This place is bad, even by fast food standards. Dirty tables, floor that someone had spilled their drink and went unmopped. The place was ice cold. Just generally a terrible experience. read more
