Came here on off hours of 2 pm and went inside to avoid the drive thru. Big mistake. Stood for 5 minutes waiting for the girl to quit talking to her friend and take my order. Ordered two sandwiches and watched while 10 people were standing around. 15 minutes later I finally got my order. No one looks at you. No one asks if you have been helped. Customer service here is obviously a lost art and the owners obviously don't care as long as the drive thru is packed. Never again. They have their highs and lows, depends on what time you go. Highly recommended you don't go 12:00 a.m. through 3:00a.m they do some sketchy stuff. For example I went the yesterday expecting the usual I get there because I get off at work at 12:00 a.m. I get to the intercom and they say we are only serving drinks, and the only payment we are accepting is cash.... Went through the drive through. Got a quarter pound meat patty with cheese no bread. I have celiac so it's important there isn't bread. (Im fully aware there's a chance of cross contact. Hush. It's my guilty pleasure) the line was long. To be expected because it's late and I mean it's McDonald's. That wasn't the issue. I got home with the patty, opened the box and there was bread. I would have sucked it up and removed the bread but the cheese acted as glue. I thought "man that sucks, I'll go back" I was understanding at first, because the line is pretty long. I get there and go inside. I tell the lady with the eyebrows at the front what was wrong and she told the cook but as she walked away she mumbled "someone's sassy tonight. Damn. " im not sure if she was talking to me or not but I was only frustrated. So I wait about 5 to 10 mins for my patty. As im waiting a lady on a scooter talks bad about the order to the cook in hearsight . "Apparently it's supposed to be nO bReAd." And im just staring dead at her. The poor guy with blonde hair must have been new. He was the only one nice to me. His coworkers were rude to him. I could tell he was doing his best. Finally when it was done, the cook slid it over and scooter girl said "they wanted cheese" to which the cook replied "oh FUCK OFF". Just got chicken tenders and ranch from McDonalds. Food was fine, but not the best. I also had a caramel frappe, it was pretty good. Overall, the food will fill your empty stomach, but it's nothing to write home about. read more

This is a typical McDonalds with typical McDonalds food and service. However, I'm not quite understanding the purpose of the new second window they put in. No matter how many people are in line, they pull you up to the second window to hand you your food. The only reasoning I can come up with is making their times look better on paper. It's really obnoxious to be pulled forward when you're the only one in line. It takes longer to get your food and if you want to ask for something like condiments or napkins, they have to run back to the first window to bring it to you from there. What's the point unless you're busy? There's not one. read more

This is possiby the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The place is dirty and the way they treat costumers is horrible. It's obvious that they don't care about the food whether it's raw or wrong...would not recommend coming with your family, I saw dead flies and insects on the floors and counters, the customer service is as bad as it comes with young adults with moody attitudes and poor work ethics, this whole establishment is a disgrace and I absolutely do no recommend you come here even as a joke, lastly I also saw rat traps in the kitchen meaning there is probably a rat problem and the likeness your food is even sanitary or clean is low read more

My last visit was FANTASTIC. I'm a bit of a coffee wuss and made an odd request: would they be able to cut the amount of coffee in a large caramel latte. A manager got on the speaker within a second and explained that the coffees are made via machine. He immediately added that he would be more than happy to make a medium coffee and then add extra milk to make it into a large! I told him thank you, but he needn't go to any extra trouble, I'd order it straight up. He said it'd be no trouble. Within a couple minutes he brought it out to me - it was perfect! I know you get what you pay for, and I know it's McDonald's. And honestly, I kind of feel petty for writing any kind of review for a fast food restaurant because really...what do you expect? But oh my goodness. The service is horrendous here. If there were more options in this town I would gladly go to them, but that's a different story for a different time. I do not ask for much. I ordered a sausage biscuit and hash brown. Expected wait time, minimum 10 mins. Okay, they might not have enough hash browns during the morning. Understandable. Lunch one day, double cheese burger no onions and fries. Extra onions on the burger. Okay, mistakes happen. Go to order food after a long shift, and they ONLY accept cash. That's strange....it's 2020 and McDonald's can not accept a credit/debit card after 2 am. This is beyond me. Wouldn't it be a higher risk for the employees there to ONLY accept cash and have a cash register full of cash? And wouldn't it just be a bit easier to accept only card and just swipe a piece of plastic and move on? For some reason whenever I have gone to this establishment I am always greeted with single word answers and very negative looks. If I say please and thank you I do not get any courtesies returned. If I say have a nice day than they just respond with "okay" or just ignore me. My fiancé went to get us some late night snacks, around 2:30 AM. Was told they were only taking cash (understandable, i know their system reboots at like 2 or whatever), when he said no they said have a nice night and stopped talking to him. He went and got cash, was told they were not making chicken after midnight (never been a problem before) so he talked to the manager and naturally they offered to make chicken nuggets which was nice. However, when he went to the window none of the sauces he asked for were given and when he asked for how much they would cost the server just closed the window and walked away, took about five minutes for the manager to return with the sauces. Then receives two dr. peppers instead of two sweet teas so he has to turn around and go INSIDE to get it corrected. Gets home, both of his cheeseburgers had HARD buns that literally cracked in half with cold cheese that was actually changing colors as though it had been sitting for hours (not to mention it took at least ten minutes to even receive his burgers and my nuggets.) To top it all off, he went to eat his mcchicken and couldn't even finish it because the chicken is so hard he has to grind into it with his teeth. Very disappointed. The girl who attended me just disappeared the moment I started ordering and the manager came to take orders I felt humiliated and nervous cuz I didn't know if it was my color, accent or what?
