Every time the food has been made quickly, served hot and tasty, and the service has been great. During one recent trip, one of the cars ahead of me had a huge order, so I had to wait a few minutes. The employee was very kind in addressing my wait, which I wasn't worried about. Just today there happened to be several cars in line when I got there.
