A very hurried, rude lady named Kathy came to the counter. I was in complete limbo wondering about the status of my order. After asking about my order, Kathy told me the young man was getting my order and he was personally going to pay for it. I told her I didn't want him to pay for it and in a stern voice, she said, "calm down" and indicated she had other people to take care of. She seemed flustered and dismissed me very quickly.
