Well first off, you either have to order on line or at the Keoske, which I am not used to. I was so excited because they brought back the chicken snack wrap. On our way up north stopped for some food not only did it take forever for the person to take our order but they forgot to give us 2 mcChicken's I walked in to ask for them and the manager on the clock a skinny lady did I have very good customer service. She grabbed the receipt out of my hand looked at it and said, did you receive this and this and this I said yes because I do not want any free food she said thats all you were charge for not for the other two McChicken's I said OK then let me get the two McChicken's. Went in Friday morning with wife and kid and noone at register, went to keyosk and ordered food waited 20 min and order still wasn't up. We watched drive through and they got food right away. Asked for a refund and got an attitude from manager and excuse of short staff. Manager didn't need to be rude. read more

This is one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen at any McDonald's. We stopped in at the Richmond, IL McDonald's at around 7:45 PM just to get an iced tea. We decided to go into the restaurant instead of going through the drive thru. When we got to the counter there was only one family waiting for their order and my wife and I ordering our drinks. We got our cups and headed to the drink fountain area. When we went to fill our cups, I couldn't believe how filthy the drink station was. Dried soda all over the place. Dirty napkins on the counter, ketchup all over the dispenser overflow area, and I don't know what was in the stainless steel cup in the counter. We always get unsweetened tea and get some Equal or Splenda to sweeten it up. Depending on the McDonald's, some of them have the sweeteners on the counter and some of them you have to ask for them. This particular McDonald's my wife had to ask for a few packs. The picture of the Equal packets are the actual packets handed to her by the employee behind the counter. I don't know if it's chocolate or s***. At this point I just was so disgusted I opted for Hawaiian Punch instead of touching the filthy tea dispenser. We should have just asked for our money back and left. This is pretty sad. I go through the drive thru at least 3 times a week for breakfast on my way to work. After this, no more. That's right, I am rating this McDonald's FIVE stars because it is fully deserved. This is hands-down the fastest, most efficient Mickey-D's I've ever visited. If you have longer than a three minute drive-thru experience, then your clock must be wrong, because this rarely ever happens at this restaurant. They are always at the top of their game and always aware of your time. The food is always prepared well, too -- I know it's hard to screw up fast food, but it can be done, and this McDonald's never misses a beat. The food is always hot when you get it. One negative is that they've gotten my orders wrong a couple times, but it's nothing they aren't quick to fix. The staff is always courteous to you, and they're always on their toes. They then had me pull up to the front, with the rest of my food, to make me nuggets that they basically throw on you at "such a low price". I told them I wanted two of them with Sweat and Sour and one of them with Buffalo. So, I finally got my McNuggets about five minutes later. When I got home to my hungry family, everything that wasn't the McNuggets was ice cold. On top of that, my second youngest child refused to eat because they gave me BBQ instead of Buffalo. And, for the one burger I got for my youngest, I asked for nothing on it because he has allergies and the rest he just doesn't like. Never had a problem here until today. The older lady taking my order and at the payment window was extremely rude! She then proceeded to drop my card in between the window and the cash register and had to use a broom to get it out and scratched my entire card so it wasn't working and screamed in a very condescending way that o had no money when I actually have tons on there but the card wasn't working because she scratched it so bad.
