There are NO substitutions of any kind allowed at this location. Doesn't matter if it's a lateral move (i.e., ham instead of turkey), doesn't matter if it's a different cheese (you will get what is on the menu board), doesn't matter friends! You will pay extra for any substitution at all as though Subway is some sort of luxury treat to begin with. This place seems to be excellent on certain days a couple of things I'm not a fan of it's closed on the weekends and the hours very sometimes it's open past 5:00 p.m. and other days is closed at 4:00 p.m. and it opens at 9:00 a.m. now so anybody that has to get to work or is getting out of work will not be able to order anything from this location one positive part about it is the environment is nice they mail coupons to everybody and sometimes if you forget to bring a coupon they might give you a coupon the lady was black hair and there is really nice and will help you out as much as possible and suggest things that you might like if you go there enough and she'll talk to you the guy that they did have in there I'm not sure if he's working there anymore just wants to make food he doesn't want to have like a normal conversation or say thank you he just does this job they recently renovated the store in the last year and it looks really nice read more

excellent place to get some food local the one sub maker that I've had so far has been pretty friendly I go in there every now and then again and she usually remembers what I like on myself she also suggests different things that they sell that are new which I like the idea of because I don't really know what all they have on their menu even looking up at the menu it's a lot I know what I like and that's usually what I stick with and so far I've not been disappointed I kind of wish there was an exit door and an entryway door there might be one but usually I just use the entryway door as an exit door. they mail everyone coupons and you can use the coupons there if you feel like spending less money it's a clean environment it's fresh food I have enjoyed it so far read more

Overall good experience but.... I came in today and to place an order and after I was done I wanted to tip the workers but I didn't have any cash on hand. Left out to get the money and when I came back in and gave the young lady the tip money for her and her co- woker she moved back from me like I had the corona, and told me to just drop the money on the counter.. now she was behind the counter, not 6 feet from me but she would act like that towards customers... My first time back at this Subway this season. I am in town for 5-6 months at a time and eat here multiple times per week. Today is a mystery. This is high season in a resort town. One person making sandwiches and ringing up orders. One employee in the back who came out and wiped down a counter. 15 minutes in line to place my order. Finally paid and ready for some iced tea.....empty.If the owners have cut this far back, I'll be going elsewhere for sandwiches. Customers are walking out. This place needs new management. read more

So it's really surprising to see a Subway rated so low. We've been going to Subway for more than a decade and you always know you going to get a fresh sub. It's consistently good even if it's constructed differently occasionally. So why a 1 star for this location? The staff was ruder than a prison kitchen! This is one of the better subways through out the area. In summer it can be pretty full so if you want dinner/lunch make sure to get there before the massive crowds. Especially on the weekends. read more

Girl asks what sandwich I want and I tell her and she scoffs while getting the ciabatta bread and says, "I hate cutting this" and then didn't know how to construct the sandwich either and said, "does it even matter" with a disgusted look on her face the entire time. Ok look. I've been to this subway twice. And both times were terrible. The customer service is bad, the speed is awful, and the employees don't care about you or your food at all. The newer Italian Hero is my new "go to" Subway sub. Love everything about this sandwich. Lots of meat, and the calicoes with the mortadella is perfect combo added to salami. Toasted or not, it's good. It has me and my wife going to Subway more frequently. The oils with the oregano just the icing on the cake. read more

I have never had such terrible customer service. I receive the coupons that are distributed through text message, which I have used at this location before. I attempted to use the BOGO sub coupon, which my sister had used at this location the day before. I assumed, since the coupon had not yet expired, that I would be able to use it. I still had two days left before it expired. First off, I stood there, waiting for someone to service me while the two employees stood at the cash register and chatted about a money problem for nearly three minutes. I was not greeted by either of them. One of them was new, maybe his first day so my sub's were made slowly. Which is alright, I can understand that, he was learning. The problem was, was that the manager walked away and the young man had to ask me how many scoops of crab normally go on a sub! Then, when I asked for pickles on the side, he asked where he needed to put them and I had to explain that there should be little cups that he could use to put them in. Finally, my sub's were ready to be bought. I showed him my coupon, but he couldn't find it in the system. His manager had finally reappeared, in the eating area and he called her over. She stood on MY side of the counter and asked what he needed instead of going around to help him. He explained that I had a coupon that I wanted to use and that my sister used it yesterday but he could not find it. The manager then moved to his side of the counter, peered at the screen then snorted and said that it wasn't in the system. I asked if they would still honor it and she said "if it ain't in the system, we don't honor it. The boss decides what we do and don't honor and today, we aren't doing that coupon". She then walked away without further help. So, I had to pay full price for subs that I only got because I had a coupon. I normally don't go to Subway so it was a rare thing. And after that ordeal, I will never go to this Subway again. Rude managers and terrible service. read more
