Last I knew, chicken was on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and beef was Thursday-Saturday. Veggies--their veggie offerings include onion, red cabbage, lettuce, and tomato. Sauce--Their signature sauces are yogurt-based with a hint of mayo and include herb (krauter), garlic (knoblauch), spicy (sharf) or try a trio of all three for an authentic style.
