I drove across town and went through the drive-through and gave them the code that the app said to give them. They asked me what I wanted?! After some confusion she said oh you have a mobile order? You said you had a code not a mobile order. What the heck! Yes, I had a code because the mobile app gave me a code. Anyway, the overall experience was terrible. I am hoping that if I come back, I have a better experience and have learned how to avoid the pitfalls. This is definitely not a stream less user experience they have going.
