The employees talked about their work schedules instead of making sandwiches. They had to be asked twice for everything.... Which veggies, to please toast the sandwich.... And they were sooooo slow. The most negative Subway experience I've ever had. Stood there for almost ten minutes with no acknowledgement while they finished a customer, did a mobile order and chatted with each other. Once we (three adults) were finally able to order, the two ladies were SLOW and very short/rude. One of them pulled faces several times over our sandwich picks... which weren't weird? A five sandwich mobile order came in while they crawled through ours and they proceeded to complain loudly about it. They got several things wrong and proved 3x they don't understand what "one line" of sauce means. It wasn't worth correcting them; at the speed they were going, I wasn't looking to stay for any longer than we needed. Overall, it took about 30 minutes in store to get two sandwiches (both incorrect) and a protein bowl. They only had one customer and a mobile order ahead of us. The company I work for ordered 3 party platters for a meeting. The scheduled pick up time was to be at 1 pm. I phoned 1 hour prior to pick up to request a total amount due. The girl who answered the phone (Mallorey) stated, "You need it again? I gave the amount the other day when you ordered" I again asked for the amount so I could bring the correct amount from our business office. She sighed and told me it would take a minute for her to locate the order. I then went to pick up our order and the first thing I said was, "I know I'm early and may need to wait but I am here to pick up our to go order." (Mallory) stated, "This was a 1 o'clock pick up and it's not ready" I again stated that I knew I was early and would have to wait. My order then sat back on the counter, completed, for 7-10 minutes while I waited. I have never felt like more of an inconvenience in my life. ALSO, what's with wearing name tags on your hat? It's very difficult to see the persons name. They might think about wearing them on their shirt like most places so that it is easily seen. Won't be going back!! Stopped here for lunch during a road trip and wanted something besides a burger. Subway was the only option in this small town. I asked for wheat bread and the employee pulled out italian and began prepping it. I repeated wheat and he stared blankly at me. I told him I wanted wheat bread instead of Italian. He asked if I meant the 9-grain wheat bread. I didn't realize I needed to be super technical to get what I wanted. Also they use shredded cheese for their sandwiches? What? Why? Wow! Extremely impressed with this Subway! Looks like a cafe inside, totally renovated and updated! We are driving to California and really enjoyed stopping at this clean restaurant. Only one woman waited on us she was very friendly, efficient and gave us a few different sauces to try. Way to start our morning drive. Glad we stopped here. There were other restaurants around, when traveling you never know until you try it... we were Pleasantly surprised and delighted! read more

What I thought was going to be a quick pee break and a sub to go ended up being much more. The newly remodeled subway is beautiful on the inside and welcoming with a charming lady greeting me upon their establishment. I was very pleased with what I consumed from this subway and tasted much better than previous ones. The lady working was friendly and made the environment enjoyable. I plan on stopping here again on my next road trip. read more

Refused request - literally EVERY other Subway we've been to has given my daughter cucumbers, wrapped in the sandwich paper or a cookie sleeve, because she doesn't like vegetables on her sandwich. Stopped in for sandwiches. Two people in front of us in line. One person working behind the counter. There was some sort of Subway team meeting happening off to the side with the manager leading the meeting. She was very loud and very unprofessional. As we stood in line 4 more customers arrived. In all, it took 15 min from the time we arrived to the time we received our food and left. Never did the manager stop the meeting to serve customers or send another employee attending the meeting over. The young man who served us was extremely professional and was doing the best he could. Please send the manager to some customer service training. Deplorable. read more
