I called the next day and was told essentially I was a liar and it didn't happen as "I was the one who prepared your food and I am bald and don't have pimples or know what that is" and then was told "you can't even go to the office and get that" which is correct you can't. People work with these on all the time now and then I was told "Your door dasher did that" even though everything was sealed and wrapped up. And I was told there would be a full refund ( I only asked for the affected items to be refunded) and still have yet to see any actual action being done. I hate to be the person to write a review but this is unacceptable by the lack of accountability from management. I worked in the service industry for years and have never experienced this type of treatment.
