You pick up your order from the counter. However, our food was still the quality I grew up with. Steakburger was good (although it seemed a little thinner than in the past), cheesy fries were yum and the Nutella shake - excellent. This site was clean and the staff seemed that they were connected to customer service, particularly the manager who (I think) was making the shakes. It seemed like they had a good flow of customers. Glad we stopped here - always stop at a Steak 'n Shake when we travel in the this area.

My only complaints is that I ordered my pizza via the Casey's app. The app said my wait time would be 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store 20 minutes later, the gentleman making the pizzas told me, "I just got your crust out of the freezer. It'll still be another 8 minutes. Now, 30 minutes is not an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a pizza. I just wish the app communicated the proper prep time so you wouldn't have to arrive early and wait for your pizza.
