When I arrived at the store 20 minutes later, the gentleman making the pizzas told me, "I just got your crust out of the freezer. It'll still be another 8 minutes. Now, 30 minutes is not an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a pizza. I just wish the app communicated the proper prep time so you wouldn't have to arrive early and wait for your pizza.
