The burger was warm and the fries were cold. My wife's salad had four pieces of chicken as best and the lettuce and veggies weren't fresh. The waitress (Xandria) was awesome though. She took matters into her own hands and had the manage cut our ticket 50%. That was fine, but it is clear that management has changed a few things that just aren't working. The main reason for my three stars is to ensure that something is done about how food quality has suffered! We don't want TMB going down!
