I usually have a good experience at this place. The girl who helped me was very courteous and kind, she made me a terrific sandwich, and she gave me the choices I wanted. The problem I see with this restaurant is that horrendous price I paid for a sandwich. Oh my gosh! This place has gone downhill. I ordered a sandwich to be picked up, and when I got there it was just sitting on top of some thing I don't know. It wasn't even put in the refrigerator and it was a cold sandwich. I got it home, 12 miles away, and when I opened it I thought it was such a puny sandwich. Then I started eating it. I hadn't been to Subway for many months, but after seeing a television spot of their capicola, I wanted to return. I ordered two footlongs. One, their Italian B.M.T. which was prepared by Robert just how I wanted it. I also ordered their footlong Steak & Cheese, again prepared by Robert. Both sandwiches contained fresh ingredients, wonderful bread, a fair portion of meats, and were delicious. My only complaint is that Subway doesn't sell their breads a la carte. read more

I tried to Subway app to order and pay for my sandwich to avoid the lines during lunch hour. When I got there 10 people were in line to order sandwiches. I thought this is great I just grab my sandwich and go until I got home and noticed no onions,no avocado,no salt and pepper, no extra pickles, No extra onions,no extra banana peppers. I checked my receipt and all of that was clearly marked on receipt. So I would not recommend the subway app I guess you have to stand over them while they make your sandwich so they get it right. read more

Got protein bowl, they don't know how to make it supposed to be melted cheese over the meat, they were giving it cold so I asked to warm it up , they put the veggies on top of now warm mayonnaise and mustard. Went to Susanville Subway the other day to buy sandwiches for dinner. There was only one employee in the store, she was overwhelmed. The entire vegetable bar was in need of refilling but she could not stop to do that because the line was out the door and she had call-in orders backed up as well. I asked her nicely why she was by herself and she said the other employee did not show and the manager walked out even though she knew she would be leaving her alone. It took 45 minutes of waiting to buy 3 sandwiches. The were not the kind I went in for because they were out of what I wanted. Stopped along the way to Reno. The staff was super slow and not attentive to customers ... they seemed to hate being there and did not care about customer service at all. Talked amongst themselves, but no interaction with customers other than "what do you want?" Took us 25 minutes to get two sandwiches with only 2 ordered ahead of us and 3 people working. Did not give napkins and had to wait 5 minutes to get someone to give me some. On top of that, the bread was burnt and we did not get toasted sandwiches. Hands down worst sandwich ever from a restaurant, could not eat the dried burnt bread. The restroom was a disaster as it looked like someone plugged the toilet and it ran over. The floor was wet with waste and a plunger in the corner, but not cleaned or a sign or anything. Could not use it. Told them and they just shrugged.
