I usually have a good experience at this place. The girl who helped me was very courteous and kind, she made me a terrific sandwich, and she gave me the choices I wanted. The problem I see with this restaurant is that horrendous price I paid for a sandwich. I bought a 6 inch sandwich, a breakfast one, But $8.99 for a sandwich, including tax, it is highway robbery.!!! read more

Wish I knew the small salad bowl was going to cost the same as a footlong. Should've just walked out when the staff says $18 but I'm too nice. Definitely was not worth $18 read more

Never mobile ordering from here again. order it an hour ahead of time so that I can pick it up on the way to work , got an email that it'll be ready at 1:10pm show up at 1:15 still not ready and brushes me off saying they'll get to it when they can . Late to work and still had to wait in line to order my own mobile order . Why even create the option to mobile order. Be better. read more

Oh my gosh! This place has gone downhill. I ordered a sandwich to be picked up, and when I got there it was just sitting on top of some thing I don't know. It wasn't even put in the refrigerator and it was a cold sandwich. I got it home, 12 miles away, and when I opened it I thought it was such a puny sandwich. Then I started eating it. The bread was not even cooked completely. It was doughy and nasty. I guess I'm done with SUBWAY® for a while. A long while. One star is too much. read more

I hadn't been to Subway for many months, but after seeing a television spot of their capicola, I wanted to return. I ordered two footlongs. One, their Italian B.M.T. which was prepared by Robert just how I wanted it. I also ordered their footlong Steak & Cheese, again prepared by Robert. Both sandwiches contained fresh ingredients, wonderful bread, a fair portion of meats, and were delicious. My only complaint is that Subway doesn't sell their breads a la carte. read more

These people are Idiots. And can not follow instructions. I asked for a Pastrami Sandwich with Mayo, Olives, and cheese only! What did I get Peppercorn Ranch Dressing, Lettuce, TOMATO'S and cheese. Now if I had taken a bite of this I would have ended up in the Susanville ER. As I am very allergic to Tomato's. My wife and I wasted 65 dollars on sandwich's because these people couldn't follow simple directions Mayo, olives, Cheese and Pastrami. This is now the second time they have screwed up my order. I will never order Subway here again. I spent over 100 dollars and got nothing for it. I will be asking all my family and friends to boycott both Subways in Susanville. read more

Just passing through the area and thought a sandwich would be better then fast food. Do yourself a favor and hit up the neighboring Safeway Deli. Corporate needs to pay this place a visit. The restroom was awful. Not a clean table in the place, Went to order and they were out of tomato, bell peppers, chicken, meatballs and ice. Place lacks overall cleanliness. read more

45 minutes in Subway to get a sandwich with one slice of turkey, out of pickles, olives, spinach. My sandwich was less than 1 inch tall with bread, meat, cheese and lettuce, tomato and peppers. If you plan on coming here, prepare your patience. I've been to this Subway multiple times and it never takes less than 20 min to get my sandwich. I tried to Subway app to order and pay for my sandwich to avoid the lines during lunch hour. When I got there 10 people were in line to order sandwiches. I thought this is great I just grab my sandwich and go until I got home and noticed no onions,no avocado,no salt and pepper, no extra pickles, No extra onions,no extra banana peppers. I checked my receipt and all of that was clearly marked on receipt. So I would not recommend the subway app I guess you have to stand over them while they make your sandwich so they get it right. read more

Yet again, with DoorDash, they decided to ignore our order for each particular sandwich and make one of whatever they wanted and cut it in half. We ordered 2 different 6 inches. And it took an hour and a half. Never have problems in the actual store which is why I still left 3 stars. read more

Went to Susanville Subway the other day to buy sandwiches for dinner. There was only one employee in the store, she was overwhelmed. The entire vegetable bar was in need of refilling but she could not stop to do that because the line was out the door and she had call-in orders backed up as well. I asked her nicely why she was by herself and she said the other employee did not show and the manager walked out even though she knew she would be leaving her alone. It took 45 minutes of waiting to buy 3 sandwiches. The were not the kind I went in for because they were out of what I wanted. The place was a mess and they were out of several chips, no cookies either! read more

Stopped along the way to Reno. The staff was super slow and not attentive to customers ... they seemed to hate being there and did not care about customer service at all. Talked amongst themselves, but no interaction with customers other than "what do you want?" Took us 25 minutes to get two sandwiches with only 2 ordered ahead of us and 3 people working. Did not give napkins and had to wait 5 minutes to get someone to give me some. On top of that, the bread was burnt and we did not get toasted sandwiches. Hands down worst sandwich ever from a restaurant, could not eat the dried burnt bread. The restroom was a disaster as it looked like someone plugged the toilet and it ran over. The floor was wet with waste and a plunger in the corner, but not cleaned or a sign or anything. Could not use it. Told them and they just shrugged. Will never stop here again, or probably any Subway in the future. read more
