They were lightly brown on one side and the other side must've been steamed or something and it was just all fat. Nasty! No crispiness at all. This sauce was pretty good though. I was very disappointed in those chicken wings; however. The service was amazing. There was one young lady working the front and she was taking the orders, delivering food to tables, busing tables, and she never stopped being kind and friendly. There were two cooks in the kitchen and they stay busy. We had a party of 12 I think and everyone got what they wanted. Water was self serve. I had tea and you order at the counter and that's when I received my tea. It was pretty good to you though. If I return, it will not be for the chicken wings.
