Hello i just went to this taco bell location and received the worst customer service i've ever experienced one of the employees threw 2 cups at my face and said "take the fu****g cups" he had long greasy hair and no one was wearing gloves there was only about 5 people in the resturant and they took an 1 hour to make my food and i had to leave without even receiving my drink because of how long it took. i will never be coming back to this place!! and it smelled like sewage and very dirty they need a heath inspector to go in and check it out! read more

DO NOT RISK GOING IN THE DRIVE THRU! My husband's blood sugar was starting to get low so as we were on vacation and going through town we picked Taco Bell. I normally go inside instead of the drive thru but saw there was about 5 cars in line so decided rather than go in, driver thru it was! BIG MISTAKE! You are literally stuck in that line with no way out or changing your mind. Once you are in, if you will be late for an appointment, oh well. My husband actually got out of the car to go inside and complain. When he got in there he looked and saw they only had one side of the work station open with 2 people working the line. It wasn't even worth complaining so he came back in the car and continued to wait. My husband is a regular Taco Bell customer in Carson City as he goes there for lunch a couple of time a week. He says normally it takes less than 10 minutes. Here it took 46 minutes from the time I got in line to getting my food! I told the employee and he sincerely apologized. If they can't handle the inside and drive thru, they shouldn't have the drive thru open until they have enough staffing! Yeah... no. It took 30 minutes to make it through the drive-through. The bottom shell of the mexican pizza wasn't fried (it was perfectly flat, no crunchy shell bubbles) so it was rock hard and hurt my teeth. The top shell was normal. Went through the drive through made an order of the Grande Crunch Wrap Meal, two five layer burritos, and two large drinks. Paid cash for it so no receipt. Drove away thinking everything was good cause usually have no issues to find that I only got the meal and two drinks. because I had no receipt and the computer was acting up could not prove order. Besides that I was all the way out of the area before it was noticed that the order was not correct even after they repeated what I ordered back to me after ordering. Well, I officially grew my first beard. It happened when I was stuck forever waiting for my Taco Bell order in susanville. It. Took. Forever. I put in an order for a cheese bean and rice burrito, and a cheesy Gordita crunch. It took 24 minutes to get my food!!!! Cool, only stopped in for fast food cause I was in a rush.
