Went and ordered Kung po shrimp but got chicken when I informed them they fixed it but it was about half of what the chicken amount was on this plate. It all tasted pretty good and had a little heat to it. Chow mein didn't have much flavor to me. I enjoyed the soup as it was thicker in consistency. Place was busy and has both booths and tables. Me and my fiance love sushi so im glad we have 1 in town. And the service is always great.

I love how affordable this place is--you get great value for your money. The only small downside was that the service wasn't as attentive as I hoped, but l'd still come back for the price and food. read more

Where do I start?! I guess with what I have pictured. The died horseradish was all crusty. There was also old crusty green crust on the soy sauce dish. I didn't take a pictures but there was also a huge black eyelash on the sake when it was served to me and the bottle was very sticky. We also ordered miso soup and were never brought to us but added to the bill. The waitress took our order on her cell phone. read more

We came for sushi which tasted great, it took an extremely long time to get out to us. There were only 3 other tables seated at the time. Presentation was very nice. After we finished our original 5 rolls, one more was ordered and it again took FOREVER. The establishment is soooo cold! We were shivering! It's 42° outside and inside too I'm pretty sure. Our server seemed like she wasn't into "serving" , she was very slow and not very friendly- def not a service with a smile kind of place. The price to me, seemed similar to AYCE in Reno, with the exception- it's not AYCE here. So 6 rolls, 1 app no drinks was about $76. I would say 4-5 stars for taste of food. 2-3 stars for service. read more

Yeah the food comes out quick, but how many people here can raise their hand when asked if they've gotten sick from the sushi? A lot. Their chicken katsu bento box is good, but I avoid the sushi that comes with it. read more

I ordered on door dash. The order came super fast! The General Tso's was good. The fried rice and chow mein were decent. The crab Wontons had a hint of sweetness that I'm not used to but we're other wise pretty good. They included a spring roll that was okay. I'd mo likely order again. read more

Omgoodness teriyaki beef fresh veggies and fried rice is fresh and not instance rice shortcut. There was Nothing less than top notch. It could be linen table cloths and crystal quality. Sushi was really good. Waiter was very attentive and upbeat. The place was clean. Little gem in Susanville.

Food was tasty and fresh. We had the senior special and there was plenty of food. War won ton soup was great. A lot of won tons and broth was good. Best part was our waitress. Nice young lady with outstanding work ethics. Was a go getter. Didn't get her name but ask for the young lady with the big truck. Would probably try somewhere else unless I saw her working. We had take out yesterday, it was the worst sushi I ever had, the clerk was reluctant to give wasabi and soy sauce with the meal, the ends of the chop sticks looked mouse eaten. The sushi rolls were small and not full, I should have known better. I would have gotten better sushi in the prepackaged stuff at any grocery store. Their are several good sushi places in Reno, Sushi Pier and the Atlantis, worth the drive and the cost is about the same , for quality food. read more

Great Chinese food. Likely my favorite in town. Good portions, a little pricey but it's made to order and the ingredients taste fresh.

Came here with my mom. Sat and waited almost 30 minutes and the closest we got to service was a "have a goodnight" after having to walk out.

Just ok. Sushi just ok, well not really even that. The sauces on top were not very good. The tempura fried longroll was very heavily breaded and just mushy. The teriyaki chicken bento box was just ok. The chicken had no sauce. The sauce they poured on top of the rice below the chicken certainly was NOT teriyaki. It was dry, bitter and sour, no sweetness to it at all. The part that was really crazy was that they only gave me two little packets of soy sauce and 1 chopsticks for $40 worth of sushi and a bento box. No offer of any other sauces and no ginger or wasabi for the sushi. If I had not asked for it, it would not have been there when I got home with the food. No excuse for that. I want to say that I will give them another chance, and I might, but it will take a long time for me to even want to try again. We decided that next trip to Reno will include a trip to Sushi Pier.
