I stopped in here at this location cause I had a coupon for a free whopper. The layout here is kinda smaller than most Burger Kings, smallish parking lot and interior. There were signs on the doors about no loitering on the property, directed at vagrants or high school kids. The cashier had no prob processing my coupon, I got a whopper with cheese and bacon. It's fairly quick service to get my food, unlike some other locations. I go to a table and say, wow, look at this thing, it's pretty tall and heavy! I unwrap it and see a burger piled high with lettuce, tomato, bacon and THREE slices of cheese. I had to really open wide to fit that Whopper in my mouth! Wow, I think I gotta say out of all the Whoppers I've had, this is the best tasting of all! Some times you order a Whopper and it comes out sort of like a poor deflated burger standing there in shame, nothing like the pic on the menu. But this one here in Susanville CA, everything in the burger tasted fresh, the lettuce was crisp and I did like the generous portion of cheese and bacon. If all the whoppers I get in the future at all locations could be this good! read more

Went in there today to get some curly fries for me and my son older lady working the window seen me come in and when my order came up she went over to the fire station grab the scooper away from the black guy that was working there and gave me a bunch of burnt and pieces that they usually throw away would like her to know that she is part of the devil's destruction and she'll be judged for what she has done. Is it the time or the coops. I used one of the coupons today from the flyer for a four dollar mill and ordered a side of medium size fries to go with it annoying I'd be up charge $3.21 or something like that I live approximately three minutes away and this was on my way home the fries were cold soggy and shriveled this is happened several times I'm not sure if it's under new old or no management please be advised if you like your fries hot crispy and fresh go somewhere else read more

Omg! We do not eat fast food much! Stopped here and waited for 20 minutes for a original chicken sandwich with cheese and oreo shake! They got the chicken sandwich wrong and wanted to reverse the receipt and re-ring it up... after all that waiting and then they get it wrong and don't just hand us the correct one is beyond me! Stopped by here the day I arrived to town. We were the only ones at drive thru & were able to make 2 different transactions. The guy at cashier was not wearing any face covering besides the cook I saw in the back. He wasn't rude but he was very rushy with us. Every once in a while I get the urge for a burger from Burger King. Driving by, the aroma is enticing. Once eaten, however, I feel somewhat drugged. I suspect they put some sort of chemical in their meat to give it that charbroiled flavor. Is it really char-broiled? The onion rings were not fresh. Instead, they were lukewarm and hard. Too bad, as I do like their onion rings as a rule. Their mocha frappucino was delicious as was their mocha iced coffee. The employees went out of their way to lower the price on my combo. Maybe it was just an off day, but the service here just wasn't friendly the day we stopped. The girl at the counter just seemed to be going through the motions of taking orders and didn't have much personality. The food wasn't bad, and I actually really enjoyed the mushroom swiss burger I ordered. The kids all ordered kids meals, and out of 4 orders, only one was 100% right. Just little things like not getting the fries or apples right, or forgetting the drink. Overall, not a bad meal...just didn't feel too welcoming or warm here. read more

My family felt this was the worst fast food experience we have ever had. The restaurant was filthy and the manager was talking to the staff about personnel issues In front of the customers. For the most part they are pretty good. The owner seems like a great man who strives for the best customer service possible. I have been there dozens of times and they seem to always meet my expectations. Only issue is they frequently run out of BBQ sauce. read more

Only give it a 2 because service is usually pretty okay. But each time we try to give it another chance, we get sick to our stomachs. This last attempt was so nasty my husband didn't even finish his breakfast burrito. Hash browns were hot but tasted like they were cooked in old oil. And of course, even though he only ate half the burrito, my husband ended up with tummy issues. Just not worth it. I just went to this location on my way through town a few days ago, it was my first time there. I understand things are tough with the pandemic happening, but basic safety measure cannot be ignored. I ordered a double cheese burger and an 8 piece nugget. When I went back to the car, i took a bite of a nugget and it was barely luke warm, and obviously way past its OK time. I went back in and explained and asked for new nuggets, and told the cashier that i had taken a bite out of one and put it back in the bag. He proceeded to take the nuggets, with the half eaten one included, and THROW THEM BACK IN THE FRIER!!! the same oil they will use to cook all the other nuggets and fries though out the day. I feel bad for whoever else ordered food after me. People could get very sick. This has ruined Burger King for me, and pretty much fast food period. Stopped in there on Sunday, February 25th on the way home from Reno and will never stop there again. Started off with the girl taking our order and we had to give it to her twice before she got it right. When me and my brother-in-law went over to the soda machine, the Diet Coke was spurting and hiccuping out the fluid and it was horrible tasting. My brother-in-law tried the Coke and it was horrible tasting and the color was weird, it looked like dishwater. We contacted the manager and she said the "Yeah, the Diet Coke has C02 problems, but it just is like that." She said the rest of the soda should be fine. It was undrinkable. Another woman poured herself a soft drink and dumped it out, she said it was horrible as well. Another customer was angry and asked where his burger was, he had been waiting a long time and they weren't even busy, he eventually got his burger. When we got our burgers, mine was a double bacon cheeseburger and my brother-in-law had a Whopper, the patties were dry and cold, the american cheese was cold, the bun was cold and there was 1 piece of bacon about 1 inch long slapped on it. It was horrible and gross. My brother-in-laws burger had onions hanging out of it and the burger was cold as well and looked slapped together. The manager could be heard talking loudly behind the counter saying how she is having a horrible day and wished this "F-ing day would end" she was then yelling and arguing with her employees who were arguing back with her. We didn't bother asking for another burger because we wanted to get back on the road and were sick after eating the horrible food. We also didn't want the disgruntled employees to sabotage our food.
