He's a very friendly guy. I ordered the Pad Thai with shrimp and Spicy Basil Beef, which came with rice. I also ordered the spring rolls. The Pad Thai was very good, though I wasn't too crazy about the scrambled eggs in it. They were dry. The beef dish, which was supposed to be spicy, had no spice at all. The spring rolls had absolutely no flavor, as they were not seasoned at all. However, the peanut dipping sauce was delicious and helped a lot with the lack of flavor in the spring rolls. It appears that Tom is running the restaurant by himself, with no help, and told me that he prefers to do takeout. He will except people coming in and dining in the restaurant, but I believe most of the regulars know that it's just takeout. I'll give it another try.
