We sometimes order items with no beef, but beef is added. We sometimes order chicken substituted for beef, but beef is present without chicken. We usually have at least one item left out of our order. I suggest using your app to report the order errors. You can select your past orders in your account, click on 'help' and follow prompts to find a location to report the issue. I would recommend doing this. If we don't report the issues, the place will never get better. Service: Orders are promptly made. Customer service is not very positive. If you order on the app and pick up your order in the drive thru, the order-taker will repeat your whole order at the menu board. They're just reading the order off of their screen to you, and our orders still are usually wrong in some way. I don't need my order read back to me: I know what I ordered, and I'm counting on you to prepare it correctly. My food is correct 99.9% of the time. The .01% it isn't right; I simply drive around and go through the drive-thru and they make my order right. My food is always hot and fresh and appears to be prepared with care. The breakfast items are always great. The lunch and dinner items are usually great. Service: I order on the app and pick up my food curbside. I'm not usually in a hurry, so I don't mind waiting a few minutes for my order. If they ever feel like they took too long to bring my order out, they'll apologize, which is respectful and I appreciate it, though not necessary. The staff bringing my orders out are nice and courteous. Ambiance: I don't frequent the inside of the restaurant. I usually go to the curbside pickup. The few times I've been inside in the past few years, the interior is clean, bathrooms are clean, and the staff are working their tails off making food and taking care of business. Multiple…read moretimes over the past year we have ordered the family meal deal $35+ Constantly having to tell them to stop fluffing up the food when packaging into containers. (The more they fluff up the food, the less food goes in to the containers.) I understand that the management is probably telling them to do this to save money and product, but the meal cost $35+ each time we walk in there. This past two times I went in to this location in Henderson Texas, Sunday 3/5/2023 at approximately 5:05 pm NO FOOD most pans had less than 1 scoop of dried up food in each pan except one that had maybe two scoops and looked like it had been there for quite some time. PASS we went and got pizza. The next time was Wednesday 3/8/2023 at 5:10 pm a few days later and most food looked fresh (er) and each pan had an adequate amount of food and them. We again ordered the family meal 3 large entrees and 2 large sides. Had to ask the person waiting on me several times to fill up the cartons. First the noodles as she is actively fluffing them up in the carton, then the rice as she was actively fluffing it up in the carton and then as she was filling the 1st entree carton. I pretty much gave up after that. You could see in her face that she seemed to be getting a laugh about it. The person that served me this day was named Sonia. I left a online message for Panda Express but have yet to receive a response back from them. I say don't waste your time with this on, May be worth the drive to Kilgore Texas Panda Express or just eat at the local Chinese restaurant in Henderson Texas.
