The owners then have passed on, and kids retired, so the grand kids are still there, in their late thirties. You can eat inside now, and they have a drive through. Two people with wraps, shake, fruit was just under $30. This is for enough food to barely classify as a meal. The banana was a complete one but the smallest I'd ever seen. The apple was an overripe small cheap Granny Smith apple. To further irritate me, they are the first restaurant I've ever seen with a reward program with an expiring point system. I'll drive a few blocks further to grab a wrap at chic filet. It would be cheaper, more filling, as good (or better), and I would add to a true reward system (i have reward points stockpiled from 10 years ago thru CFA).

It's always a risk when you don't go to eat a your favorite place, where you know you can get a good meal, and try new place. This time, it worked out actually for the better. I ordered the happy burrito dinner which consisted of two steak burritos and rice with refried beans. My wife ordered chicken enchiladas and normally they come with a Verde sauce, but you substitute white queso for it instead. My steak was marinated and there was so much steak in the burritos that you would call them stuffed. The beans were really good as was the rice. The rice was soft, seasoned well and they were actually vegetables in it. My wife's enchiladas were really good also. They had bell peppers in them in the meet with seasons well and it taste it as if it had been stewed and cooked for a long time that way to infuse the flavors. The service is exceptional. Every time our drinks for low, server came and filled them up. He also brought us chips and salsa I believe three times without an issue. You might think that this was maybe a one time thing, but it isn't. We've now been there three times and every time we go it's the same experience. The food is excellent. The service is excellent and their chips and salsa are amazing. The price is great as well. I believe my steak burrito dinner was $12 and my wife's enchiladas were about the same price. You definitely won't leave hungry and maybe, like we did, you'll find a new favorite Mexican restaurant. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants here in Bartlesville. We've been to I think four or five of them and this is the best.
