This place sucks. Every time we eat there they ALWAYS mess up our order. It's like the workers don't care about doing their jobs right, we once waited an hour for our food to be made and by the time we got it they messed it up the entire order. Their food is NOT worth this much effort. UPDATE: the worker the drive-thru asked us if our food was near the other bag... WE DON'T KNOW BECAUSE THEY DON'T ALLOW YOU INSIDE THE RESTAURANT! Before I found out I had an extreme allergy to red meat I had eaten here in the past without issue. Today I went in at rush hour and from online research thought I could eat the super greens and the string bean chicken. They were out of both and told me it would be a few minutes. They had ran out of a third of the bowls of food. The manager, I believe his name was Curtis, came out to try to help get caught up. Super greens finally came out. After I'd stood there for five minutes letting other customers go in front of me the manager asks what I was waiting on. I said string beans chicken. He hollered back to the cooks, told me it would be five minutes and I saw them drop green beans into a deep fryer. I asked the manager if there was beef items cooked in the same deep fryer as the green beans and he replied "we just blanch them." I asked again "is there beef cooked in that fryer, I'm allergic to red meat." He replied "maybe, I have no idea." At that point I had to walk out. Decent food that you get quick. They do a great job supporting local charities. They are friendly. I walked in, I was the only customer inside. Waited & waited for someone to take my order. Finally a guy came up and just looked at me. The food looked like it had been out for hours. Dried up very unpleasant. Should have left but didn't. He dished up my order then said someone will ring you up in a minute. Again I waited and waited, help was conversing with each other. I finally asked if someone was going to ring me up. A young woman showed up at register, looked at me & asked if I needed sauces. Nice clean welcoming atmosphere. New and fresh feeling. Employees were very nice and helpful. They let me sample a few entrees until I knew what I wanted. I was very pleasantly surprised. The Beijing Beef is what I ended up choosing. I liked that only the employees handled the food and utensils, so I knew I was not touching a handle gross from someone's dirty bathroom hands. This Panda Express just keeps getting worse. I've tried it several times but it never gets better. Last week we ordered Kung Pao with vegetables. After they had us wait 10 minutes, (they said it would be 2 to 3 minutes)The "Vegetables" was only broccoli, nothing else. The orange chicken was so tough it was barely edible. Trued to eat at this restaurant this past week 3 different times. They are out of everything after 9 PM when it clearly states they're open until 10 PM the first night I came on Monday it was 9 o'clock exactly pulled into the parking lot the workers had already started mopping and when they seen us getting out of our vehicle they dumped the mop bucket water so that we couldn't come into the door panda express in Bartlesville super sucks. White Steamed Rice and Soy Sauce are occasionally at odds with each other at this location. What do I mean by this? On multiple occasions I have gone here to find that they are out of White Rice. Don't be completely sad though, this generally means that their Soy Sauce packets are fully stocked and ready for adornment on whatever else you decided to eat. However, If you happen to visit during a White Rice high tide...don't get too excited. This has often times meant that they will now be out of Soy Sauce packets. Just approach this store location armed with this information and the let down will be easier to handle. I really want to rate this place higher, because I've never had issues when I've gone at lunchtime. Fresh food, yummy. Occasional mistakes that happen everywhere, but nothing big. BUT, I refuse to eat here any other time of day. How are you out of white rice at 5:00 pm? How are you willing to give out rice at 8 pm that's so crunchy it's inedible? How can you charge so much for an al a carte entree that gives me LESS meat but costs more than if I ordered a bowl? (But I can't order a bowl because you don't have rice for the last 4 hours that you're open? ‍) I feel like some better management and organization would highly benefit this restaurant for a dinner crowd. There has to be algorithms based on past ordering to give you an idea of how much food to fix for dinner. Update: we visited last night because my son's school was doing a fundraiser night (20% of orders that showed the school flyer will be given to the school). OH MY. We showed up at 5:30 and were told that there was no white rice. Like, at all. How on earth does a restaurant not stock its biggest staple before a fundraiser night?! They never seem to have white steamed rice. Multiple times I have gone and been told they don't have it. Today, specifically, I arrived 15 minutes after open. They had no steamed rice ready for another 20 minutes. They had no broccoli beef. I was handed my drinks that had no ice, the cup was already soft as if the drink had been sitting in it for a while and both sodas were flat. When I got home to eat my food, the orange chicken was terrible. It was slimy and tasted more like barbecue sauce than anything??? Our experience confirmed all of the other reviews that said they run out of food. The other reviews said they run out of food at 9 o'clock but it was only 6 o'clock. Tonight the excuse was a big catering order. The bottom line is, poor management and rude employees caused this to happen. It's become apparent the staff doesn't seem to care about the quality of food or in the quality of putting together to-go orders. I received my to-go order and the entree's were all pushed to one side from being handled without care. I also received an empty bag that was filled with only air and no fortune cookie. The portions of the food are inadequate for what is advertised, as well as for the prices that are being charged. On more than one occasion, I've requested sauce be put on the side and every time that request has been made, I've had to come back through the drive-through to actually receive the sauce as it was forgotten the first time. read more

Got home had Mushroom Chicken which is made with dark meat and String Bean Chicken is with breast meat which is what we prefer.
