The employees were all friendly and nice. I was dressed more big city than country and everyone treated me well (that doesn't always happen in small towns). I got two appetizers as my lunch and that was plenty. First, I ordered the shrimp boulettes. This reminded me of deep-fried a shrimp shumai but even better. Oh my goodness it was good. When I first saw my lunch I thought they I'd want ranch and nope, I didn't need any sauce. Why mess up perfection? I also got the alligator jalapeño bites. They were good without being too spicy but the inside was too mushy for me. For the most part they had the flavor right it was Just a texture thing. They were just the right amount of spicy and flavor though.

They welcomed us and it literally felt like you were having a meal surrounded by old friends and family. Just the kindest people ever! The food didn't pale in comparison either. Soooo good. We had the Friday lunch special the white beans and fish. I've had this meal many times before but their fish was insane! So much flavor, such a good cook, I couldn't get enough. Then we also shared a bbq ranch burger. Delicious! There was a certain heat to the bbq sauce that I hadn't tasted before and I loved it. Usually not a big burger person but i regretted agreeing to share this with my husband bc it was so good haha. Looking forward to going back! You rarely see cars at lunch time which is the busiest time in this area for fast food restaurants. The last experience i had was when i ordered two shakes and the employee didn't finish the order login so i couldn't even pay and i couldn't buzz them because she just left me hanging. I blew the horn after 15 minutes and finally she comes out and hands me a shake that literally started coming out the top of the cup because it was so melted. I had shake all over my car and she tried to keep my debit card because i refused the drinks. I had to snatch it from her. Just horrible horrible restaurant. I wouldn't let my dog eat here because the way they treat customers there is no way that restaurant is clean. Makes me want to vomit thinking about it because the employees are only worried about their phones and their paychecks.
