This review is about staff safety- when I went to this location, they only had ONE employee closing the store all alone, in the rain, at 9 p.m. This employee had to close the store all by herself, with no help, and no one for safety while closing the store. Who in their right mind managing a business forces their employees to close alone, much less a young girl in the dark and rain? You should be ashamed. This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. We were second in line and it took over 20 minutes to get our food. The people who work there acted like it was an issue that people actually came into their store to get sandwiches. One of the girls was the laziest worker I have ever seen. Extremely upset with this location. Which sucks because I come here every week from work. Today however I asked for a turkey sandwich. Instead the woman working there gave me a #15 the titan turkey which is more expensive and more meat than I'd like on my sandwich. Keep in mind I did not ask for this. When I paid I noticed the total was higher than usual and that's when I discovered I was up charged for a sandwich I didn't ask for. Disrespectful and unprofessional, it's amazing how management will bring down a location. The employees are so controlling that they want to control when to add what veggies to your sandwich, it's like having to fight someone to simply communicate what you want to eat. They are also a location that takes EBT but try to use it and see what kind of attitude you get, they'll even lie and say the machine is broken just to not deal with it. Remember all that hate they put out, you're eating in your food. This place needs new management that doesn't have judgmental stank attitudes because they chose their JOB period. No one is forcing you to work at subway. If you can't be bothered with customers, take your ass home. Horrible customer service I placed a ordered on the app for curbside pickup and when I arrived they called me to come in because apparently my order that was already paid for could be fraud so I had to show id and the card not only was this an inconvenience because I was already there but now i would have to go home and come back with the card the manager was very rude as well so I proceeded to go to another location which they were so nice and brought me my food curbside just as ordered no problems. I just went into this subway it was 9pm, I understand that it's one hour from closing but i ordered the sub of the day and they didn't have any of the chicken left. The young lady then proceeded to tell me the chicken was to frozen to be given out. I was really disappointed because there was no substitute for the sub of the day seeing as they advertise the sub of the day you would think they would make enough or at least substitute another meat. And it really isn't about trying to get free anything, I wanted the sweet onion teriyaki and the worker couldn't even just add sauce on plain chicken strips. In general I love Subway. This subway is the closest one to where I live. Before going I asked myself why I don't go to this one more often and unfortunately I was reminded why. The service here is horrible. Every where else, the workers are welcoming but here it is not the case. The girl who made my sandwich came out rolling her eyes and talked to me in a rude way. She would ask me what I wanted then forget in a mere second. Then the girl who rang me up bagged my sandwich and chips and threw it on the counter that is almost slid off the counter. Only to say "oh, sorry" in a manner that you can tell she didn't mean it. I've never felt so unwanted in a place that is all about service. The sandwich was good. Worker wasn't very polite or helpful I don't eat meat or cheese so I get the veggie sandwich.. I only get 4 veggies on it too.. Spinach, cucumber,pickles, and olives.. I always ask for extra olives because I don't even get too many ingredients on my sandwich.. She put only a little bit of pickles on so I asked her for more she grabs like 5 more and I notice the bin is empty and then she tell me "That's all I have. I don't have anymore." I use to work for subway I know how things work there and I know they have more in the back but she was to lazy to go get them. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but when I only ask for 4 things on my sandwich that I'm paying almost $5 or $6 for it I would appreciate it if she would of taken 2 seconds to go get me more olives that I know they have to take out for the people in the morning shift. I just thought that was very rude and that wasn't even the only thing that she was rude about.. She just talked to me in a horrible manner and had no patience when making my husband sandwich that I was on the phone with.
