My 3 girls and I went to subway off of Happy Valley and we placed an online order. We came to pick it up and they put way too much creamy Sriracha on my sub even though I asked for Baja chipotle. My daughter's meatball sub has 2 meatballs on it. The workers were very rude and we felt very disappointed. We felt very unwelcome because of their attitude I will never come back! The store was dirty and had a weird odor. They ran out of white bread. I used to be a GM and I would have fired my employees if they would have ever treated a guest the way we were treated!

The sub-crunch was hard and old the tuna smelled old. I just wanted my refund or any help. It didn't have to get so crazy.

Worst subway. Beware!! They give you old rotten food. The phone number does not work. There is no manager at this location. The two girls that work at this location are rude and laugh at customers. I tried to call to ask for a refund or credit to purchase else where. She said there is no manager and said to bad and laughed. They don't give you a receipt, they don't have a working number. I had to contact the BBB and call the police to get any type of help. The girls tagged team my son for explaining that the food was old and we couldn't eat it.

Bowl half filled and almost zero lettuce.

Just finished an 11 hour workday and wanted a Soup and Salad. It was about 6:45pm tonight. My salad had about a tablespoon of lettuce in it. The bowl was practically empty. My soup wasn't filled all the way either. At checkout I gave a tip (I try to always wherever I go). He said have a good night. I asked I I just grab my cup for my pop and said yes, kinda weird but ok. Got my pop and realized no spoon, crackers, or croutons. He went to the back as soon as I paid. He came out with the mop and I asked for those things, he rolled his eyes and went behind counter and handed me a saltine cracker. And walked away. I asked about the croutons and he said they were out of them. I didn't even bother to ask for the utensils at this point, how disappointing, especially after I tipped and I was very polite. I won't go back which is sad because I work right by there and my coworkers and I go pretty often. I added two pics.

Ordered online for pickup. It was ready on time and selections of ingredients were honored correctly. Although had to wait little while standing on express pickup counter since both servers were busy in making subs for 2 other customers. Infact they didn't even addressed me and said hi/hello when i entered and waited for atleast 5 mins. Restaurant was clean and smelled nice.

It's Subway guys, all I ask for is a clean setting and fresh veggies. Seems like they're turkey slices got thinner but this location is very clean and the staff seems to know what they're doing.

Fresh sub for a great price! So you build your own sandwich here. You choice what kind of bread and size between a 6in or foot long. Then you add your meat & cheese and veggies & sauces/spices. You can also ask them to toast your sandwich if you like. Also they make salads, pizzas, breakfast sandwiches. My favorite sandwich is the Italian B.M.T. On Italian bread. With tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, pickles, banana peppers, & green peppers. Also I like to add mayo & oil/vinaigrette & salt/pepper & oregano. Also sometimes they have soup, sometimes. I love their broccoli & cheese soup. Also they have chips and drinks & cookies. They have daily deals. They sometimes change. Sign up for their reward program. Also if you sign up for their text messages they send you coupons to use.

Put in a order on the subway app clearly ordered with some kind of meat and didn't get a slice of meat the manager there said she is training new people well then ma'am how did you not even catch this. Waste of my 40 min lunch and gas to not even get my refund even done right. I really wouldn't even give a star if it would let me.

I have mentioned it nicely to an employee before, but they just look stressed, shrug their shoulders, and walk away. It's not for nothing that many of us pine for the old days of Paradise Bakery, an experience that was truly gutted by Panera's ownership. They've slowly but surely placed profits over quality and cleanliness. It's a shame because Panera could be awesome. They need to hire more people and train them properly. If you must go to Panera, I suggest the location at Paradise Valley on Cactus. Lupe (she's amazing) still works there and can make you a lovely breakfast sandwich. At least that location makes more of an effort to stay clean and attractive. Or you might try the 7th st. location in the Target shopping center. That one is bigger and more established (also was a Paradise Bakery), so you should have a better experience. And they wear gloves at these locations. At Norterra? I often see people in the bread area gloveless. Norterra is a hard pass for me on cleanliness of the place and the food handling. They need to do better.

The menu has an assortment of hot and cold sandwiches, burgers and salads, and other snack munchies. Located within a professional office building with tons of outdoor parking, a few handicap stalls and a few shaded areas to park away from the blazing Phoenix heat. I ordered an amazing sandwich that had loads of pastrami in it. I forgot the name of it but it's one of the specialties on the menu. Food was made fresh and fast. Not too much to say about the customer service. You just kind of order and wait for your food to be made. I first came here around 2022 and I still come here every now and than. This is one of those hole in the wall places that's worth giving a try. You'd never know this place exists if you don't actually work in this professional office building. Their sandwiches offer super fresh, gorgeously healthy, leafy green lettuce. Their multigrain bread is super soft and tasty. I am not a "bread person." Normally, at other eating establishments, I just tolerate the bread my sandwich is made of ... Focusing on the other ingredients & their taste. This is different. I actually LOOK FORWARD to consuming the bread part of my sandwich, too. Even the crust is great. Their Chicago dog is fantastic and served on a huge gourmet bun. So yummy. Everything served is aesthetically pleasing. The service is always friendly. The staff wear a smile at all times, and there is no shortage of humor. This is especially nice, for people like me, who came across this restaurant by passing it whilst entering and exiting the building we each visit multiple times per week for post-car-accident recovery reasons (Innovative Injury Solutions/Innovative Pain and wellness share their building). When a person has been in chronic pain for several months, this kind of service is much appreciated. On my first visit, I ate at City Square out of convenience. Now that I have experienced much of what they have to offer, I can't leave the building after my physical therapy sessions or pain injections without stopping in for lunch. It is too good to pass up this food and eat anywhere else. I take every available opportunity to enjoy their food, and I am so grateful they are here. If they ever open a location in north Scottsdale, I am convinced they'd make a mint! Thanks City Square Deli! Go try it Yelpers. You will love it.

This location in Chandler is huge with both inside and outside seating for a very comfortable experience. They also feature live music with local And some traveling artists. To give credit where it's due, the ambience of the restaurant was great. The live music was enjoyable and the dancing created a fun atmosphere. The women's restroom was also impressive -- clean, well stocked, and the mirror with the neon sign made for a great photo moment. Unfortunately, the service and food did not live up to the setting. Our waitress appeared overwhelmed and, at times, came across as outright rude. I understand the pressures of working in a busy restaurant, but hospitality is still the foundation of the service industry. I actually found myself going out of my way to "kill her with kindness" just to avoid receiving the same snarky tone she used with some of my friends. It worked -- she was civil with me -- but it shouldn't take that level of effort from guests. The food was where things really fell apart. The buffet setup was poorly executed. The foil buffet pans repeatedly slipped into the chafing water, which ended up soaking the food. Any experienced food service professional knows the proper way to handle this: bring the replacement pan first and swap them out simultaneously. Instead, the staff removed the empty pans and walked back to the kitchen, leaving empty slots in the buffet while guests waited. As a result, several dishes were compromised. The mac and cheese was completely runny, clearly diluted from water getting into the pan. This happened to multiple items. The fried pickles were also a miss -- not crispy, extremely salty and sour, and tasted like low-quality hamburger dill pickle chips that had been breaded and fried. No one at our table enjoyed them and several people commented that they were far too tangy. There also seemed to be serious communication issues between the kitchen and the floor staff. Buffet items were frequently empty and slow to be replaced. The "salad," if you could call it that, was essentially a bowl of lettuce with no tomatoes, cucumbers, or vegetables -- just plain greens. Toward the end of service, the restaurant even ran out of dinner plates, leaving remaining guests to use small salad plates. The only items I somewhat enjoyed were the margarita pizza flatbread and the bacon jalapeño wontons, which were decent but nothing memorable. Beyond that, my meal consisted mostly of a bowl of very uninspired lettuce. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry, it genuinely pains me to leave such a critical review. I don't write this out of spite, but out of hope that management sees it as an opportunity to evaluate what's happening on the floor and in the kitchen. There is clearly potential here given the atmosphere and entertainment. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don't see myself returning anytime soon.

Unfortunately during my recent visit, as I placed my order, I had to bite my tongue to stop from asking, "Am I bothering you??" Then, when I pulled ahead to get my food, I saw the sign in the window. People, if you have to put up a sign telling your customers that you're not deliberately trying to be rude, you have a problem. I will continue to recommend Angie's food, but I will now let people know to ignore that the person taking your order may seem to hate you.

Time to update my review! I've checked in here 31 (!) times according to Yelp and its been 3 years…read moresince my initial review. I love Angie's and glad that they are around, and my only wish is that they open more locations, especially around the Scottsdale area. This location was initially Angie's Lobster, but they are also Angie's Prime Grill, so they have salads, wraps, bowls, etc. Depending on what time I visit is what affects my ordering style. If I'm stopping by after work and am not rushed, I will order via the drive-thru. If I'm coming before work, I'll order online and use the walk-up window. Thankfully, haven't had to wait too long either way. Their walk-up window is right past the drive-thru on the left, basically the back side of the building. I park in the spots near the apartments and cross the rock barrier to get to it (just watch out for the cars exiting). I mostly order their salads, especially since they are only $5 with grilled chicken or falafel. I prefer the chicken but sometimes I'm in the mood for something different, so I'll do the falafel (though it can be on the dry side). My personal favorite is the Asian salad, can't get enough of the combination and the teriyaki sauce is so good. I've tried their other salads like the spicy honey ranch and that one is solid as well. Breakfast is okay here, not my favorite but it's a good deal if I'm around in the morning. I do miss their french toast! I'd always order that with no meat, and they would give me eggs instead which was cool. Since I'm not a lobster fan, I don't order that BUT their fried shrimp is super good, especially with the spicy honey. And their fries are pretty solid, sometimes I'll just order them by themselves for a snack. Haven't tried the warm bowls or wraps yet but I'm not a fan of brown rice so not sure if I'll like the bowls. I love that they add new items pretty regularly. I've tried their quesadilla, snack wrap, and crunchwrap supreme, all of which are pretty good and cheap. Today, I saw that they have a new salad deal, which is a salad (chicken/falafel/avocado), cheese quesadilla or garlic flatbread, and a drink for only $6.99! Such a good deal, I had to order it. No one is doing it like Angie's these days and I hope they keep it up. Wishing them much success and more stores in the future!
