Just finished an 11 hour workday and wanted a Soup and Salad. It was about 6:45pm tonight. My salad had about a tablespoon of lettuce in it. The bowl was practically empty. My soup wasn't filled all the way either. At checkout I gave a tip (I try to always wherever I go). He said have a good night. I asked I I just grab my cup for my pop and said yes, kinda weird but ok. Got my pop and realized no spoon, crackers, or croutons. He went to the back as soon as I paid. He came out with the mop and I asked for those things, he rolled his eyes and went behind counter and handed me a saltine cracker. And walked away. I asked about the croutons and he said they were out of them. I didn't even bother to ask for the utensils at this point, how disappointing, especially after I tipped and I was very polite. Ordered online for pickup. It was ready on time and selections of ingredients were honored correctly. Although had to wait little while standing on express pickup counter since both servers were busy in making subs for 2 other customers. Infact they didn't even addressed me and said hi/hello when i entered and waited for atleast 5 mins. Restaurant was clean and smelled nice. read more

Beware! This location is the worst! Last week the bread they used was stale and hard. This week I decided to give them another try and placed a large order for 10 subs using the Subway app. I gave them 3 hours notice so they would be prepared. Five minutes before I was supposed to pick up I got an alert that my order was cancelled! No reason given. I tried calling, but they don't have a working phone number! When we got there, the manager said she didn't know what I was talking about and never saw the order. No help whatsoever. I had 20 minutes to scramble and go to the nearest grocery store to buy premade sandwiches for my daughter's school function. I'll never go there again! read more

I just came in here with my sister and Hyrum greeted us with a big smile. You can tell he is exhausted but still does everything with a smile on his face. The tomatoes were cut so perfectly and it's like something i've never seen before. My sister got a sandwich and i got a cheese dipper and honestly it was the best sandwich and dippers we've ever tasted. Hyrum definitely deserves a raise. Put in a order on the subway app clearly ordered with some kind of meat and didn't get a slice of meat the manager there said she is training new people well then ma'am how did you not even catch this. It is an average subway but what's a bit irritating is that some employees will give double cheese for veggie delight sandwiches (which is the norm for subway) and some employees will not. I think subways in general offers this so it is a bit off putting to not receive that same service. Hoping they give the double cheese next time or make it a policy with all employees that they are not doing this practice! read more

Went in on Sat. 5/13/23 at noon and ordered a Boss sandwich and the girl was saying she was going to charge me $2 extra for mozzarella cheese. I pointed out that in the description on the menu the price includes mozzarella cheese. She didn't seem to understand and not know what she was doing. I understand if she's new, but she should check this out first. After I repeated myself twice she then remembered that I had ordered the Boss. Then a mean old woman came out of the back and snapped at me even though she didn't have a clue on what was occurring. All of the staff working with the exception of the man, looked absolutely miserable. Couldn't tell you the girl's name as she wears a subway name tag with no name on there. Figures. Very rude. Crossing this place off our list. Customer service is not their forte. read more

This subway I have to give a 5 star review. The employees have always been so nice. This restaurant is always clean, and fast. I also have never had an order messed up. I really love Subway salads but so many subways don't chop their salads enough or don't give enough veggies. However, this Subway does amazing salads, gives plenty of veggies and does great foot longs. I would recommend this specific subway to people. read more

To me, this is like any other subway. The only difference is a particular employee that stands out from the rest. Her name is Rylie. I've only ordered from her twice but both times her customer service was incredible. She's genuinely a good person, cares about the customers, and is careful when making a customers food. She goes above and beyond to help the customer and I can say with 100% certainty that I've never met a subway worker that cares as much as she does. Outstanding worker/person. Walked in right when they were about to go on break. They took care of my request with no issue. Since it was slow and no one was behind me, I asked a million questions about different subs that were not on the menu, they offered their expertise on what they have created and what tasted good and what did not. They were great guys who put up with my questions on attempting to order the best sub I have ever had....since it was not on menu it was my own creation. So to finish off, best sub ever. The sub artist helped me and my crazy thoughts put together a bad a$$ sandwich. Props to Jake and Mason for making this a great subway experience!!! Will come back here. read more

However, whoever made my sandwich messed up on tomatoes, onions, vinegar and oil...in other words, several mistakes. Bread was dry, stale and should never have been used. As I walk into this subway the guy at the cash register says nothing guess he couldn't be bothered to get off his phone call with a friend, so he yells to the woman in the back to come to the front to help me with my order as he still is talking on his cellphone. Five stars for customer service. I came in and had a gift card to use. My gift card did not cover my entire bill so I used a credit card. There was an issue with the system where my gift card wasn't recognized and my credit card was charged for the full amount. Employee Mason attempted to resolve the issue. Mason could not resolve it, but contacted the owners and they advised him to refund me my entire bill. I thanked him and asked him to thank his owners. Ordered a 6" meatball on Italian bread, toasted, with provolone cheese, parmesan & oregano. The first guy behind the counter didn't look happy to be there, but I moved down the line quickly. Got a couple chocolate chip cookies and iced tea. Used my $10 gift card and still had some left over for next time. Woohoo! My subbie was hot & tasty and I wolfed it down.
