Normal Subway protocol: you pick a bread for your sub of which there are several to choose from including wraps, you select the meats ranging from steak, turkey, chicken, tuna, and other specialties that you'll see on the overhead display behind the counter. You get a choice of cheese that includes classics like American, provolone, pepper Jack, and more. You'll be asked if you want your sub toasted in their speedy oven or not toasted, also you get a choice of toppings that include lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, onions, banana peppers, olives, spinach, and lots more. Lastly you get to choose the flavorings and sauces like olive oil, Mayo, mustard, salt and pepper, Buffalo, and other specialty sauces. Service at this location is always prompt and ingredients are always fresh. Sign up for an account on the Subway app so you can accumulate points on all your purchases to get discounts. It's not just subs here but also salads, soups, breakfast items, baked cookies, and soda fountain drinks. Dine in is open during these crazy Delta variant times Other options include paying extra for adding bacon to your sub and also requesting "double meat" so you get twice the amount of a regular sub meat choice. What I like best about Subway is the ability to customize your sub to exactly the way you want it. I've seen some Tik Tok videos where you can actually tell them to toast your Sub 3 times, 5 times, 7 times or until it's a charred burnt sub. They will actually do this for you. I don't go too crazy, I tell them to always give me 10 lines of oil on all my tuna subs. They do this with no problem along with any other toppings or sauces you'd want either a little or as much as you'd like. There is a tip jar near the register. Please be sure to tip them as they do a great job and they are consistent all the time. I have visited this location over a dozen times as this is the closest to my house. I stopped by to get a sandwich today I was craving it, I got the chicken bacon ranch and it was so yummy! I got it on the herbs and cheese bread (my favorite) and I added Jalapeños, onions, spinach, tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper, and got some chips their salt and vinegar and of course had to grab something sweet, their amazing cookies!! I got the chocolate chip and the raspberry cheesecake. Oh my goodness these are soooo good! So soft and chewy just how I like my cookies! They make them so perfect. Just finished an 11 hour workday and wanted a Soup and Salad. It was about 6:45pm tonight. My salad had about a tablespoon of lettuce in it. The bowl was practically empty. My soup wasn't filled all the way either. At checkout I gave a tip (I try to always wherever I go). He said have a good night. I asked I I just grab my cup for my pop and said yes, kinda weird but ok. Got my pop and realized no spoon, crackers, or croutons. He went to the back as soon as I paid. Beware! This location is the worst! Last week the bread they used was stale and hard. This week I decided to give them another try and placed a large order for 10 subs using the Subway app. I gave them 3 hours notice so they would be prepared. Five minutes before I was supposed to pick up I got an alert that my order was cancelled! No reason given. I tried calling, but they don't have a working phone number! I just came in here with my sister and Hyrum greeted us with a big smile. You can tell he is exhausted but still does everything with a smile on his face. It is an average subway but what's a bit irritating is that some employees will give double cheese for veggie delight sandwiches (which is the norm for subway) and some employees will not. I think subways in general offers this so it is a bit off putting to not receive that same service. I understand if she's new, but she should check this out first. After I repeated myself twice she then remembered that I had ordered the Boss. Then a mean old woman came out of the back and snapped at me even though she didn't have a clue on what was occurring. To me, this is like any other subway. The only difference is a particular employee that stands out from the rest. Her name is Rylie. I've only ordered from her twice but both times her customer service was incredible. She's genuinely a good person, cares about the customers, and is careful when making a customers food. Walked in right when they were about to go on break. They took care of my request with no issue. Since it was slow and no one was behind me, I asked a million questions about different subs that were not on the menu, they offered their expertise on what they have created and what tasted good and what did not. They were great guys who put up with my questions on attempting to order the best sub I have ever had....since it was not on menu it was my own creation. So to finish off, best sub ever. Five stars for customer service. I came in and had a gift card to use. My gift card did not cover my entire bill so I used a credit card. There was an issue with the system where my gift card wasn't recognized and my credit card was charged for the full amount. Employee Mason attempted to resolve the issue. Mason could not resolve it, but contacted the owners and they advised him to refund me my entire bill. I thanked him and asked him to thank his owners.
