I stopped by to get a sandwich today I was craving it, I got the chicken bacon ranch and it was so yummy! I got it on the herbs and cheese bread (my favorite) and I added Jalapeños, onions, spinach, tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper, and got some chips their salt and vinegar and of course had to grab something sweet, their amazing cookies!! I got the chocolate chip and the raspberry cheesecake. Oh my goodness these are soooo good! So soft and chewy just how I like my cookies! They make them so perfect. Just finished an 11 hour workday and wanted a Soup and Salad. It was about 6:45pm tonight. My salad had about a tablespoon of lettuce in it. The bowl was practically empty. My soup wasn't filled all the way either. At checkout I gave a tip (I try to always wherever I go). He said have a good night. I asked I I just grab my cup for my pop and said yes, kinda weird but ok. Got my pop and realized no spoon, crackers, or croutons. He went to the back as soon as I paid. He came out with the mop and I asked for those things, he rolled his eyes and went behind counter and handed me a saltine cracker. And walked away. I asked about the croutons and he said they were out of them. I didn't even bother to ask for the utensils at this point, how disappointing, especially after I tipped and I was very polite. I just came in here with my sister and Hyrum greeted us with a big smile. You can tell he is exhausted but still does everything with a smile on his face. The tomatoes were cut so perfectly and it's like something i've never seen before. Beware! This location is the worst! Last week the bread they used was stale and hard. This week I decided to give them another try and placed a large order for 10 subs using the Subway app. I gave them 3 hours notice so they would be prepared. Five minutes before I was supposed to pick up I got an alert that my order was cancelled! No reason given. I tried calling, but they don't have a working phone number! When we got there, the manager said she didn't know what I was talking about and never saw the order. No help whatsoever. It is an average subway but what's a bit irritating is that some employees will give double cheese for veggie delight sandwiches (which is the norm for subway) and some employees will not. I think subways in general offers this so it is a bit off putting to not receive that same service. Went in on Sat. 5/13/23 at noon and ordered a Boss sandwich and the girl was saying she was going to charge me $2 extra for mozzarella cheese. I pointed out that in the description on the menu the price includes mozzarella cheese. She didn't seem to understand and not know what she was doing. I understand if she's new, but she should check this out first. After I repeated myself twice she then remembered that I had ordered the Boss. Then a mean old woman came out of the back and snapped at me even though she didn't have a clue on what was occurring. All of the staff working with the exception of the man, looked absolutely miserable. Couldn't tell you the girl's name as she wears a subway name tag with no name on there. Figures. Very rude. I really love Subway salads but so many subways don't chop their salads enough or don't give enough veggies. I've only ordered from her twice but both times her customer service was incredible. She's genuinely a good person, cares about the customers, and is careful when making a customers food. Since it was slow and no one was behind me, I asked a million questions about different subs that were not on the menu, they offered their expertise on what they have created and what tasted good and what did not. They were great guys who put up with my questions on attempting to order the best sub I have ever had....since it was not on menu it was my own creation. So to finish off, best sub ever. Five stars for customer service. I came in and had a gift card to use. My gift card did not cover my entire bill so I used a credit card. There was an issue with the system where my gift card wasn't recognized and my credit card was charged for the full amount. Employee Mason attempted to resolve the issue. Mason could not resolve it, but contacted the owners and they advised him to refund me my entire bill. I thanked him and asked him to thank his owners.
